CELINE’S POV

“Yes, I am Jane.” I say and stand up from the bed. I stare at them very confused. My eyes lurk from one to the other.

“Please, is there anything wrong?”Hudson quickly chips in and stands closer to me.

“There is nothing really wrong. We just want to have a word with her.” The brown-bearded policeman says and flicks his gaze at Hudson.

“She was at the scene of the attack so it’s just a casual question to get full information about what happened for us to be able to get the culprit.” He explains further and nods his head.

“Okay.” Hudson nods and smiles at me. He turns to me and nods. I guess he is trying to make me seem safe with them. I think he is very gentlemanly though.

“So ma’am, can I ask you a few questions about your relationship with the victim, Miss Harley Rolands?” He asks.
