Livia scanned the faces of every person she encountered, desperately seeking someone who shared the mark on her forehead, but to no avail.

Orion, who was by her side, sensed that she was in a difficult situation. However, he patiently waited for her to express her concerns. They sit in Orion’s pickup truck, gazing at the stars, but Livia’s mind is elsewhere.

“Is there something on your mind?” Orion asked, but Livia quickly disagreed.

The man let out a deep sigh. “I am familiar with you, Liv. Even if you try to conceal it, your expressions suggest otherwise,” Orion remarked to her.

This was meant to relax Livia, as she is already tired of fine dining. She desired a more straightforward and calming experience, and Orion had designed a plan to fulfill that. However, it appears that she is not finding it enjoyable.
