'WHAT?!'

What on Earth did I just reply?!

I was about to mentally slap my face for responding to such a foolish answer when I was thwarted by the man's swift chuckle. It was so sudden and unexpected that I don't know whether to believe it or not. Therefore, I cannot control my urge to raise my sight. And there it is, for the first time since I woke up this morning, I saw an amused face.

“ Earth.” He retorted with a rather faint chuckle.

Making me mentally raise my eyebrow at him since I cannot do it physically.

“ And where do you think we are then?”

I frowned, not knowing what to answer. From what I have just witnessed, the wolf talking, changing into a human, and then talking casually again, it seems I am in a world where supernatural things exist, but from his tone of asking, as well as his amused demeanor, it feels like he is just messing with me.

So, I tried averting my sight from his gaze and analyzed my surroundings. If my eyes are not fooling me, all I could see from the da
