It was my last few weeks in college. I had decided to open up a tattoo shop not too far away from campus. Paul was going to come and work with me, turned out, he was pretty handy with a gun too. He was also smart as fuck and could easily do the books and whatever else was needed. We had found the ideal location and I had paid a few hundred dollars to a few kids to paint it while we finished our exams.

The day had finally arrived. We had invitations sent to previous clients, friends, family, anyone we knew really. We headed up to the front of the building and admired it before we stepped foot inside. We were 21 years old and had our own business! It was crazy.
