Chapter 13

Hayden POV

Arriving at the school, I was over two hours late, mostly because I had to see the alpha queen and talk about expanding my pack territory, so I wasn't able to see Kathrina before her first class took place and got a hug.

All through the morning classes till it was time for lunch break. I was restless and so was my wolf, Aiden. We both wanted to see Kathrina as soon as possible.

Immediately the bell for the lunch break was tolled, I jerked up from my seat and glanced at Rylan who darted his gaze to me. He was seated at the right edge of the classroom and while thinking about my mate, I had barely noticed him when I walked into the class this morning.

Rylan gave me a questioning gaze for my action and I simply ignored him and walked out of the classroom. What I really want to do now is talk to my mate.

And that's the right thing,boy, Aiden said in my mind, concurringly.

"Hayden!" Rylan hollered, stopping me from taking a turn down the hallway to head to the staircase
