Chapter nine.

I climb down the stairs of the plane with shaky legs. The strong wind smacks my hair into my face, and a strand finds its way into my mouth.

There goes my first experience ever taking a flight.

And I am never doing it again.

"Are you okay?" Ruby asks upon seeing my blue face, and I look up.

Everyone is in good shape, staring at me like I am a weird species that fell out of nowhere.

"I am alright." I sniff, straightening up. "I am just a little disoriented, but I am fine."

It's cold. I wrap my arms around my shoulders, shivering slightly.

We are here. In Russia. Where the royal Lycan's are settled.

It's my first time traveling so far, and even with the nerve-wracking plane flight, it's hard not to feel excited.

Now, I can really embrace the feeling that I have escaped from Alpha Luke's clutches.
