I stood at the edge of the forest, looking out at the familiar path that led to the lost pack. The memory of the prior night with Felix still lingering in my mind. It was hard for me to leave his warmth this morning, but I knew this was something I needed to do. "Luce, I am going to the pack now, I am going to see if I am able to track their Alpha," I mindlinked Lucien. With my training as a guard, my tracking skills were more enhanced thant that of a normal pack wolf, so I was hoping that this would be enough. 

As I ventured deeper into the forest, the scent of the lost pack grew stronger, mingling with the earthy aroma of the woodland. I knew my way now, the same trail as yesterday. Finally, as the sun fully rose, casting a golden glow upon the forest, I arrived at the edge of their land. The scent of their pack grew more potent, tinged with a hint of uncertainty and fear.

The wolf from yesterday approached me, seemingly more hopeful
