Chapter Seven

Although it felt completely strange to have my wolf show up now, she explained it was because I was near my mate. She explained that she was sent by the Moon Goddess herself to me, and that she had special plans for me. I chuckled at that, but Faleece was extremely adamant on saying that I was special. She told me that my mate was not as bad as I was making him out to be, and that I just needed to give him a chance and that he would show me how powerful I could be. Now that was something we could disagree on.

I had begun eating the tray of food that was left on my desk, as Faleece and I talked. She was extremely intelligent, and I could tell that she had a good soul which made me happy.

The world had finally felt a lot less lonely.
