Chapter 13

10 days left.

I only have 10 days left to kill chase.

Today, I’m going to meet Chase for lunch while finding information about him. Heading down the lobby, I see Chase is leaning outside his car waiting for me with a few girls are eyeing him like candy and trying to get his attention.

I rolled my eyes seeing them. I waved my hand to Chase which he replies with a slight smile and a wave. Making my way to him, I saw the girls are glaring at me. Do they think I will steal their man? Pftt.. yeah right.

I’m only here for the mission not to date this man.

"I see you have a fan," I said gesturing to the girls that are still looking at him. "Oh them?" I nodded. He winks at the few girls. I took a look at the girls and found them blushing. I don’t know why but feel irritated seeing him flirt with them. But he’s not mine so why should I feel irritated? He has the right to do whatever the hell he wants.
