Dora was in a lot of pain, she opened her eyes and realized Ryan was the one that had woken her up,

She didn't want to talk or even be awake, the pain was unbareable, she tried to tell him to at least leave her alone but the pain was too much to the point she couldn't even talk,

She began to cry holding her stomach tightly,

She had never cried in front of people her entire life, her father taught her crying made her look weak and he didn't have a weak daughter so she was always expected to act strong but at this moment, she didn't, she just wanted to die

“I am sorry” Ryan repeated again, she buried her head in the pillow muffing her screams.

“Doctor!!” She heard Ryan call, a moment later, the Doctor came and gave her another injection, before she knew it, Dora closed her eyes as she suddenly felt sleepy..
