"Good morning, Detective Kathy." One of the policemen greeted her as she slowly sat at her assigned table.

Kathy Jefferson, one of the greatest detectives in the whole Crite State Area, She's been a detective for two years.

"Hey there, Jeff. What's popping up? " She asked as she opened her laptop. Nothing as usual, she's typing her reports, which were about the case that was already solved yesterday.

"Congratulations on the case yesterday." He said.

"Thank you. Later, I will treat you a lunch. " Kathy replied as she smiled.

"Sweet." Jeff was happy as he went back to work.

Jeff and Kathy have been best friends ever since grade school. There's a rumor that they are actually in a relationship and secretly in love with each other, but they didn't care about it. After all, Jeff is already married for three years and has a two-year-old daughter.

Kathy finally finished her report files and immediately sent the p*f copy via G***l to the police chief.

After a couple of minutes, she suddenly got bored and decided to hop on social media to see what's going on today. The first thing that piqued her interest was a # RealityShow in which everyone saw the trailer at three o'clock in the morning.She checks every post that is related to the trending topic.

It's kind of weird for me to show the trailer at exactly three o'clock in the morning, especially since everyone has already fallen asleep.

A reality show titled "The Reality Show"? Finally, a good reason to stay up all night.'

'I can wait for the first episode, which is today at exactly 3 AM. See you on channel 13!Too bad they don't stream it on the internet and it is only aired every Saturday.'

Most of the posts have the same picture, which is the television, with a girl watching it. The color of the image they used is black and white, with text in color red, written 'The Reality Show', where the font type they used is Times New Roman with a font size of 40 and it was all white. Kathy thinks the poster has a bad design, but despite that, she's planning to watch it since the first episode will be aired to the public.

"Reality Show?" She wonders to herself as she slowly scrolls down and reads anything that is related to the upcoming show.

"So you're planning to watch the first episode?" Kathy was immediately surprised as she heard his best friend, Jeff, ask

"Yeah, I guess. It looks interesting to be honest. " Kathy responds as she looks at the poster again. But this time, she felt very familiar with it. She shook her head and told herself that it was just a "Deja Vu" feeling or her brain playing tricks on her that she already saw it before.

"I guess I should watch the first episode."

"Welcome to the Reality Show!" The man in a black tuxedo and black mask greets the television. They are on a volleyball court.

volleyball? Not bad for the first challenge event.' Kath immediately thought their first challenge was just simply volleyball, which is not bad. Except there are five players on each side instead of six.

"Today is the first episode with the first challenge for our ten contestants. Of course, these contestants decided to not introduce themselves to protect their privacy, but I kid you not, they are all fighting for the total grand prize of thirty million dollars. Hearing this caused Kath surprise.

Damn, they're so lucky.'

The camera cut to the ten contestants who silently ate their favourite foods on their plates. It shows a day before the event starts, where contestants eat their favourite foods in unlimited amounts. Kath was immediately surprised by the amount of food where most of the contestants had three plates each containing delicious food, including the large pizza, burger, and large coke. None of the contestants are even smiling.

"Man, they're so serious." She thought as the camera changed back to the host.

"Now they are already prepared, the event is about to start." Now light camera action! "

He blew his whistle as the game was about to start and the game was men vs women. The tall girl did the overhand serve, which was received and passed to the other side by the young man, but a curly girl managed to block it, causing it to pass back to their side and land next to him, where it was inside.

The girls did a group hug as they earned a point. The tall girl did the same serve she did, but this time it landed outside, giving the men a point.

A young man, who did a receive, did an underhand serve where a brown-haired woman managed to do a butterfly receive, and then a short woman did some powerful spikes to the other side. But a buff man manages to receive it, then a blonde-haired man passes it back to the woman's side. A curly girl received it again, but this time, a tall girl did a butterfly instead of giving a spike to pass it to the other side, and it landed on the floor, inside the court.

Kathy starts to get hyped up as the game continues. It was simple volleyball, but the game was getting intense.

Now the points are two over one and it was a curly girl's turn for a serve. She tried an underhand serve, but it didn't make it to the other side, giving the men a point.

Both of them now have two points. A bald man did an underhand serve where a brown-haired woman received, followed by a spike from a short girl. But a man with long hair managed to block it, causing it to pass back to their side. A short girl tried to do a pancake to save a ball, and it was successful, followed by a pass from a curly girl, who just stood there the entire time, watching her teammates play instead. Her teammates yelled at the blonde woman to spike, but she didn't listen, as the ball landed on the floor, which it was inside, giving the men one point.

Kathy watches her teammates yell at the blonde as the ball rolls outside the court. The blonde girl notices the ball rolling outside the court line and it stops at the entrance door, so she quickly runs and grabs a ball. As soon as she was about to throw it to the men, the ball exploded, leaving the nine contestants surprised by the sudden loud noise and the unpleasant smell of the smoke. Some of the women scream in terror as they realize their bodies have been shattered into pieces as a result of the explosion.

Kathy, who was silently shocked by what she had witnessed, slowly turned off the television immediately.
