“This list should be going to Chicago for what's remaining of the building materials.” Duncan looked up at the secretary standing in front of his desk “why's it incomplete?”

“I…I thought I edited it” she stuttered “I cross checked it before printing”

The door was pushed open by Michael, briefly disrupting their conversation.

“I must be blind then because from what I'm seeing, iron rods are missing, cements are nowhere to be found. What exactly is on the bloody list then?”

She jolted a bit as his tune rose, her eyes shut as fear emanated off her.

“Duncan” Michael whispered his name, trying to get him to relax.

He flung the list at her “take it and get out. Make the edit”

She immediately grabbed on to it hurried out the office, closing the door behind her.

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Michael turned to him as soon as she was out “I thought you were getting better, but you only got worse.”
