Chapter 5

As soon as such insulting and offensive comments were uttered, the atmosphere around me abruptly froze, and the area where I immediately became very quiet. The remaining group of academics watched what was going on, terrified that a major conflict was about to break out.

Jeff grey blinked his chilly eyes, placed one hand on the edge of the table, and leaned closer to the table while looking down at Ryan Dixon from above, saying, "Your box is blocking the path, is it not?

When he stared at you with those intense, black eyes of his, it was impossible not to be intimidated.

Ryan Dixon unconsciously leaned backwards and needed to take care of his distance from him. However, even as he began to move, he finished that it would make it look to build it seem to he was scared of him, so he stayed still and did not withdraw. Instead, he stiffened his neck and leant closer to him than he had been before. The two people exchanged hostile looks and made it clear that they had no intention of backing down from their standoff. It seemed as though the first person to look away would be at a disadvantage.

Nevertheless, at this same moment, the naive Chris Gordon had only moments ago emerged from the restroom and was bounding into the space while still clutching his beverage container. He had his mind on getting out of there, so when he observed this incident, he didn't pay attention to the tense and anxious environment in the classroom. He was joking when he said, "Hey, what game are you guys playing?" Does someone have to be forced to give a kiss if they come in second place? That is a penalty that is reasonably well thought out.

He concluded those remarks with a number of diacritical mark waves while wriggling his eyebrows and even yelled that he needed to insert in. The other students wanted to give him a recommendation, but the impulsive child had already hurried over and spoiled the environment before they could.

The young lady who was sitting next to Ryan Dixon on the opposite side of the aisle had just entered the room and approached it with extreme caution in order to move her own box out of the way. Even so, he made an effort to defuse the tension by saying, "My apologies. Because my box is possibly a little bit on the larger side, I'm going to move it to the back of the classroom.

After the cumbersome box was moved out of the way, the previously blocked path was immediately unblocked, and now Jeff grey has no reason to continue squandering his time with Ryan Dixon. Under the watchful gaze of the students who were gazing on, he sent a cold-blooded glance in the direction of Ryan Dixon. After doing so with a lengthened stride, he merely stepped over Ryan Dixon's box on his way to the trash can at the back of the room to dispose of his garbage, after which he turned around, stepped over the box once more nonchalantly on his way back to his seat, and sat down.

John Taylor, who was observing the unfolding of the event, was having a conversation with a female classmate who was seated in the front seats of the vehicle. After approaching him, he gave him a friendly pat on the shoulder and asked him in a teasing tone, "Brother Tom, you're so cool even though abandonment garbage."

Jeff Grey rebuked him angrily and said, "Shut up, I would like to sleep," as he walked away from him.

After that, he sprawled across his table and continued to disregard the other people in the room.

This did not bother John Taylor in the least. It was possible for him to deduce, based on the uninteresting tone that Jeff grey used, that he was not in an extremely dangerous mood as a result of being awakened too early and that he merely needed to catch up on his sleep. In such a circumstance, Jeff Gray would not become irate, despite the fact that he would ask a number of more questions.

"You have such an odd personality. Despite the fact that you felt it was necessary to travel through the front entrance, it is more convenient to research through the back door. Were you making a concerted effort to provoke Ryan Dixon into fighting you? ”

"Brother Tom, what in the name of all that is holy were you doing last night? vie games all night? ”

Even when John Taylor felt he wouldn't get a response, Jeff Grey answered in ice-cold blood, "Something absurd."

John Taylor was able to identify this but was perplexed by it. Is Brother Tom able to communicate while he is asleep?

Jeff Grey was in a state of mind that was extremely perilous. He had the impression that he was being joked with by someone, and the more he thought about it, the more irritated he became. "He felt like he was being played around by somebody," He also believed that he was a complete idiot for losing his stay because of the incident that occurred the previous evening. After some time, he decided to ignore the situation and instead concentrate on improving his ability to catch up on his sleep.

After morning class and morning workouts, Jeff Grey was able to pull himself together and began devoting the majority of his time to completing his assignments, which allowed him to regain his previous high spirits. Sadly, despite the fact that his attitude was improving, it seemed as though God had something else planned for him in the future, as the ink in his pen ran out all of a sudden. As a result of his frustration, he barrels his pen several times, causing a few ink splotches to stain the shirt he is wearing. This causes him an even greater amount of annoyance.

chemist tossed away the pen and searched for his second one, only to find that the other one was in an even worse state and had no ink at all. chemist threw away the pen. Even though school had just begun, Jeff Grey had not yet entered his learning state and was not even close to being adequately prepared for the day's activities. He was in a hopeless situation, and the only thing he could do was resign and try to borrow a pen from John Taylor. However, he realized that John Taylor had just left for the college store, and he knew that John Taylor would definitely start flirting with women on the way back, so John Taylor wouldn't be back anytime soon.

Jeff grey turned around and stared at the guy classmate who was sitting on the Sabbatum directly across the aisle from him. Unknowingly, he made eye contact with Ryan Dixon even as he turned his head back to the side. Ryan Dixon was standing in the far corner of the room, and he was making his way toward him. The wrought-iron door of the classroom was located directly behind him. Because the door was open, the sunlight that was able to penetrate it surrounded him and made him appear to be rather radiant. As Jeff grey examined him, he was unable to do anything more than cast a wary glance in his direction.

Ryan Dixon appeared to be taken aback by the quick rotation of his head, as seen by his momentary paralysis the moment their eyes locked.

Naturally, Jeff Grey did not believe that the other person was looking for him, and as a result, he did not give any thought to the matter. Before reaching intently for the table next to him, he cast a cursory glance at Joseph Willard and then asked, "Joseph Willard, will you..."

Soon after, as if he had been suddenly roused, Ryan Dixon strolled over to Jeff grey's table and placed a pen on it while speaking in a chilly tone, saying, "Lending it to you, no have to be obliged to come it."

Jeff Gray was caught off guard. He looked at him with a look of perplexity on his face as he explored.

This was a typical answer to such a question. It wasn't that long ago when the two of them looked at one another, but now one of them is all of a sudden taking the initiative and giving the other person a pen, isn't that strange? In addition to this, on the other hand, was he aware that he needed a pen? It's possible that he's staring at him the whole time.

Jeff Gray questioned him, "Why are you lending a pen to the American state?"

When Ryan Dixon gazed down at him, he did so with an impatient expression, and it was obvious that he did not enjoy the idea of someone who was so high up aiding out a classmate. Instead, it appeared as though he was threatening to ask him for money in addition to that. When Jeff Grey considered this, he had the impression that the situation was so absurd that he felt a tinge of the need to laugh.

"Don't you think you could use one?

" Ryan Dixon flung the pen to the ground and turned his hand backwards. He displayed a condescending attitude by crossing his arms over his chest and declaring, "Use it or lose it, I don't care."

In order for Ryan Dixon to unexpectedly come over, it had been made very obvious that the system's objective for him was to provide Jeff Grey with a pen to borrow. If he is unable to complete this assignment successfully, he will be subject to a reprimand. Isn't the continuous display of ill will earlier in the day an adequate enough punishment?! What could possibly be more terrible than that?

Jeff Grey cocked an eyebrow and asked with a raised brow, "Not eager to come it, will that mean that you are merely handing the pen to me?"

Ryan Dixon didn't have to lend him the pen in the beginning, and it was obvious that he didn't require a pen that was being worked on by him. Even as he wanted to nod in answer, the system in his thoughts prompted him with a reminder: "It's known as the disposition a pen. If you lend something to someone, you are obligated to get it back because failing to do so will make borrowing something in the future considerably more challenging.

To even put it in terms of common human expressions, this strategy is pretty knowledgeable. Ryan Dixon's veins in his forehead began to throb, and he became a little bit agitated; however, he instantly changed his comments and continued in an irritable manner, saying, "Who said that I'm giving it to you? In the end, you are going to have to face it.

Jeff Grey appeared to be perplexed as he observed him, as if he were looking at an exotic animal for the first time. Ryan Dixon's back hair sprang on end in response to that man's gaze, and Ryan said in a gruff tone, "What are you fucking wanting at! ”

Jeff Gray, on the other hand, laughed out loud unexpectedly, and the already dashing good looks of his face were enhanced. Ryan Dixon was not in the least bit affected by this, as expected.

“Nothing. I'll get around to doing it sometime, many thanks.

He was waving the pen in his hands and was in a very happy mood. Ryan Dixon, who had just finished the assignment without any problems, let out a sigh of relaxation before going back to his seat.

The student who was seated directly next from Joseph Willard witnessed this peculiar occurrence and immediately turned around to inquire of Joseph Willard: "They two, have they made up?"

Also perplexed was Joseph Willard, who said, "I don't think so, they had a quarrel earlier today.....

"It's just a discussion, it doesn't mean all ties are broken. Ryan Dixon sits so far away and yet he came all the way here to give him a pen! The girl who intervened wasn't in the same class as her freshman year and had only heard that the two had some sort of verbal disagreement.

If that was considered a minor quarrel, then what happened between them was a major battle, enough for them to detest each other for more than a semester. However, Joseph Willard had been in the same class as her since freshman year and was very aware of the situation.
