CHAPTER 57 - MISTAKE

I spat out the contents in my mouth and he was already gone from my side to avoid the spill. That was my first clue I clung to. He was a werewolf.

The sound of his thunderous laughter filled the tiny space and tears rolled freely from my eyes and into my ears.

How could I be so foolish to trust my abductor?

"That would keep your little pet away for a little while longer. Thanks for the reminder. I almost forgot it was time." He whispered in my left ear and I spat at him.

"Feisty aren't you?" He wiped his face clean with a cloth.

"Let me tell you a story no one ever told you." He pulled a chair close, I could tell from the scrapping sound of the chair on the bare floor. He felt closer but there was only as little as I could do with so many restrictions.

What I could have done was to try to reach my mates when I got a chance with Eliel but it did not occur to me at the time.
