Chapter 14: The Royal Atlas Academy
Her room was darker than usual. Quinlynn’s eyes caught a movement behind the curtains. A silhouette draped in veil. Crek…Crek…Quinlynn saw a bony hand dragged across the windowpane making a screeching noise. Frowning in discomfort, she slowly got up from her bed and walked towards the window.
She opened the curtains. Her body was still as her ruby eyes widen in debrief.
‘The moon was RED.’
“Where am I?” Quinlynn muttered silently.
