November’s POV

“Are you saying you are a member of Rogue Dragon that hunted us for centuries?”

“Yeah before but after Grandpa took over, he stopped us from hunting.”

Red flooded in Iris’s vision as soon as he said those words. Zeus’ bloodline was the reason that all the Moon Wolves were killed all those years ago.

“They are the reason I have been running my whole life and the reason we were tortured just a few days ago.” Iris said inside my mind.

Iris was already growling furiously and I watched as Zeus started to sweat suddenly.

"Novy, you need to calm down," he said, his breathing ragged. He stands up, walking towards the door quickly and tearing off his shirt as soon as he leaves my room.

My moon wolf’s anger continues to grow as she connects all the horrible times in her past life.

"Novy, you need to calm down!" Zeus shouts from the hallway.

"It's my wolf, it's not me," I growl, clutching at my head as pain shoots through my skull.

“Iris, I am not shifting now! Calm down!” I scre

November's POV The door closed behind us with a quiet click. “Nov, look. Marking is not the same as wolves. Dragons are very particular in that thing. We can be possessive, dominant, anything you can imagine. We unleash our primal instinct.” “I don’t care,” I said, looking directly at Zeus. “I’m yours and you’re mine. If there’s someone who can claim me, it's you…” I saw Zeus’s facial muscle twitch but he never dared to speak again. The silence was between us. He stood close enough that I could feel the warmth rolling off him, his dragon and he’s. Neither of us spoke. His gaze dropped to my lips, then lifted again to my eyes, like he was weighing something he didn’t trust himself to say out loud. My heartbeat picked up, fast and unsteady. “November…,” he said painfully like he was trying to control himself. I didn’t stop. I want this. I want him. If someone out there wanted me, I want Zeus to take me, make me feel how mates feel when they become one. I stepped closer. And that

  • Let me Fix you, My broken Mate   Chapter 60: This I promise you

November’s POV“I’m sorry,” Zeus said as he took me somewhere private after I felt uncomfortable with what he said. The room Zeus brought me to was small and quiet, tucked away from the rest of the herdhouse. It has a single window overlooking the distant glow of rivers cutting through the dark stone below. The light should have been comforting but it wasn’t.I stood near the window with my arms wrapped around myself, trying to make sense of what had been said at the table, of what Crux wanted. The words repeated in my head no matter how hard I tried to push them away.“I’m sorry, November. H-he sees through you,” Zeus said, sadness in his voice. “He wanted us! Like something valuable and useful. Something to take. We would rather die than him taking us! We only belong to Zeus, he’s our mate. If not him, we rather choose to die and bring the blue fire with us,” Iris said, Selene was nodding along. “Our mate is Zeus. I will make sure to stay with him no matter what.”Zeus closed th

November's POVNovember’s POV“Zeus!” Angel screamed as two of the Dragon king’s men arrived with Zeus on stretchers. I ran towards him and shoved everyone away. I kneel down and touch his cheeks. He was pale and there’s a lot of wounds and bruises all over his naked upper body. “What happneded?” I asked Mykel as Iris and Selene whined. “The prince had a fight with his father. The King arrived just in time,” he explained. “Heal him! Heal our mate,” Iris screamed at me. “Not here. We need to take him inside,” I replied. “Please take him inside,” I said. “He needs to be in the herd clinic,” one of the herd members said. “No,” I gently answered. I need him to be in my room. I can heal him “Angel and the king nodded. “She can heal him,” the King commanded. “Take my grandson to her room and I order neither of you to come in or disturb them,” The king said which everyone immediately nodded. Mykel and the other man took Zeus inside my room. They positioned him in a comfortable po

Zeus's POVFather was pushing me too far. “And when November accepts me instead of you, I’ll make love with her through the night, Zeus. I’ll make sure you won’t remember you and just the extacy from how I will fuck her,” he said, smiling. “Fuck you!” I screamed. The bastard pushed me too far that my control snapped like thin glass.Red fire burst under my skin. My bones stretched, cracked and reshaped. My claws tore through my hands. Scales climbed up my arms and across my chest in jagged black patterns, glowing faintly with red heat.I shifted. Fully.A roar exploded from my throat, shaking the walls and cracking the floor beneath me. My black and white wings tore out with a violent snap with edges glowing with red flame. My snout lengthened, lined with teeth sharp enough to rip metal. My wolf’s presence fused with the dragon’s body giving my frame more power, more weight, more speed than any pure dragonling should have.My tail slammed down hard, shattering a table behind me.I

Zeus’ POVI didn’t move, not a muscle. The nerve of this woman who doesn’t know rejection.Aurellia’s hand slid up toward my collarbone.“Zeus,” she murmured, voice soft and intimate, “you can push me away all you want, but I think you and I could be-”“No,” I said.Flat and final.Aurellia blinked, but she didn’t step back. She tilted her head instead, her smile returning. Clearly, this woman wasn’t used to not having her way. “You’re just being stubborn,” she said lightly. “Most men need time to warm up to me.”“Aurellia,” I replied, voice quiet but sharp, “this isn’t about warming up. I don’t want you.”She eased closer, ignoring the meaning entirely.“But you haven’t even tried to know me,” she whispered. “You don’t know how soft I can be. How loyal I can become. How-”“I’m not interested.”This time, my voice didn’t lift or crack. It stayed calm. Simple. Unshakable.Aurellia’s smile faltered for the first time.I continued.“You’re beautiful. And confident. And you know how to g

Zeus's POVThe room felt tight the longer I stood there, the bastard Knox was beside Aurellia like he belonged at her side. But it wasn’t Knox who made my body tense. It was my dragon.Aurellia’s scent reached me again, something inside me snapped.A deep, rumbling growl rose in my chest, silent to everyone else, but thunderous inside me.My dragon refused her. Completely. He pushed against my ribs, heat flooding my veins.“Not her, he roared.Never her. November. Only November. I won’t accept anyone but her!”His voice resonated through every part of me, stronger than any order Crux could give. Stronger than fear. Stronger than duty.November is my second chance mate. The she-wolf who healed the parts of me I thought were long dead after Knox took Emerald away. The woman who gasped beneath my forehead kiss, who looked at me with hope even after everything. My dragon had chosen her.And I felt the truth of it stubbornly settled inside my chest.I lifted my chin. My decision was alread
