ANMELDENCassian's room.
Eliminating a bodyguard was never difficult. Especially in a dog-eat- dog underground world. Loyalty was second, while profit and survivability were first. Little Swan stared at his phone, patiently waiting for a response from Niam about the tasks. While waiting, Little Swan, dressed in a black bathrobe with his collar generously exposed, walked out of the room and made his way to the dining room. He was hungry. After spending the whole night trying to move without being suspected by Cassian or anyone else, he also had to stay in the slaves' quarters to make his acting more convincing. The looks from other slaves, the lecherous actions from the guards... though The guards who tried had already paid the price. Quietly. Permanently. But they still made Little Swan so uncomfortable that he didn't dare take a bite throughout his stay in the enclosed space. He needed something to fill his stomach. Settling down in the glass-laced dining seat, Little Swan pressed a few buttons on the house phone placed on the dining table. A female voice came through. "Master, what should I offer you?" Little Swan thought for a few seconds and ordered a few cheap meals. He couldn't afford to rouse any suspicion. As a kept boy who had recently been bought from an auction house... he didn't dare eat expensively. That would be too silly. He couldn't afford to get caught at this junction. Thinking about what Cassian would do to him if he ever got caught, Little Swan's lips curled. He touched his neck wearily, and a low laugh escaped his lips. Indeed, he mustn't get caught. Unless he had gotten the things he needed from the big alpha devil. Little Swan waited for half an hour before a tall robot walked into the dining room with a glass food tray in hand. The robot stopped before Little Swan, flashed a polite smile, and professionally set the dishes on the dining table. Little Swan watched the movement with a docile look on his face. He had his head lowered, his eyes pitifully staring at the food while he fiddled anxiously with his fingers. "Enjoy your meals, mister." The robot greeted before turning around to leave. Throughout, the robot acted normally, and there was not a single stop in its movement. But Little Swan knew better than he let on. He knew the robot had a camera on it, which was definitely watching him at the moment. There was no way Cassian would leave his house unattended, especially when a stranger was in his house. Cassian was distrustful... Little Swan knew this better than anyone else. Only after the robot walked away did Little Swan relax. His eyes turned cold again as he picked up the spoon and started eating. After taking a bite, Little Swan's expression changed. He paused briefly, looking at the dish again as his brows creased. He thought of making a call to Niam to secretly bring him some food, but he shook his head, dispersing the thought. He had to endure. With each bite, Little Swan rethought his decision. Could he really survive on such cheap food for a long time? He doubted it. After forcing down a few bites, Little Swan walked out of the dining room and decided to take a walk around the house. He had only stepped inside the library when his phone vibrated in his pocket. Little Swan immediately searched around with his eyes. But he couldn't be certain. He didn’t trust this place. Not the walls. Not the silence. So, he turned around and returned to the room that Cassian had initially taken him to. No matter how suspicious Cassian was, he wouldn't do something so perverse, like setting a camera in the room, right? Little Swan brought out the phone in his bathrobe pocket and answered the call, which was from Niam. "Settled?" His voice echoed in the room. "Yes. Settled. Should I be on my way?" Little Swan checked the time on the wall. It was two hours away from midnight. "Hm. Come with clothes." He said. "Make no mistake." Niam ended the call. Little Swan immediately took off the bathrobe, revealing his perfect physique as he picked up the clothes he had taken off earlier. He put them on and walked out of the house. Perhaps cameras were around, so without wasting time, Little Swan connected to the house's wifi and tapped on the newly developed app on his phone. After a few seconds, the camera around the places he needed to pass blurred, and he quickly escaped the building before returning them to normal. Little Swan smiled wearily. He stood behind the trash can outside the mansion for a few seconds before stepping out to distance himself from the mansion. There were no guards. Well... Little Swan already knew this. In the DARK CLOUD UNDERGROUND WORLD, only the nouveau riche would hire guards around their houses. Many wouldn't even care about locking their doors. Because everything was accepted in each country under Dark Cloud, but stealing. Anyone caught stealing would be killed without mercy. Who would risk their lives for such a thing? Little Swan soon stopped when he saw a black BMW standing at a corner of the street. He approached the car, and a young man walked out. It was Niam. "Boss." He called as he opened the door for Little Swan to get in. "The clothes are in the bag." He pointed to a black bag beside the driver's seat. "Hm." Niam closed the door and stood outside. Little Swan stayed in the car for a few minutes before he tapped on the window. Niam immediately stepped into the car and drove off. The journey was silent for a while as Little Swan worked on his phone. "Stop at the next junction. I will walk down from there." Niam glanced at him through the rearview. "Boss, this is risky—" "No. The car is too flashy." Little Swan interrupted. Little Swan left Niam behind and walked down the street alone. His silver hair had been covered with a brown short wig, and his sea-blue eyes had been covered with black lenses. A tiny dragon tattoo was drawn at the left corner of his forehead, and a silver mask covered the other half. Standing before the tall building of Cassian's Wealth House, Little Swan looked like a dangerous predator ready to step back into the game.Cassian held the omega's slender neck, but his fingers trembled, unable to tighten against it. He frowned inexplicably. Just a grip and then, snap. The omega would be dead. The omega who had hunted his dreams for so many years would be dead, and the humiliation of that day could be wiped away forever. All he needed was a tight grip...Cassian hesitated. He looked at the innocent-looking omega and the redness crossing his pale cheeks. His eyes wavered. Perhaps it wasn't this omega. Yes, Cassian's hand loosened even further. It couldn't be this omega. There was no way an omega like that would end up in the auction house as a slave. There was no way an omega like that would have a stepfather that harassed and threatened him. That omega was someone capable of threatening others and making them dance to his tune. He could easily kill his stepfather. He wouldn't easily be caught as a slave. Cassian thought back to that banquet back then and also thought about the wretched apartm
Not even in his wildest dreams would he have expected what happened to him. Despair flashed across his eyes even as he felt his alpha lift him in the air. He was delirious. Everything around him seemed to be spinning, and his body's temperature rose at an alarming rate. Heat. Little Swan cursed his heat as he forcefully closed his eyes, hoping to suppress the weakness. Cassian didn't use the steps. Instead, he entered the elevator, and with a light chime, the elevator started. Feeling the gentle movement, Little Swan opened his eyes again. "Let me go." He tried to say, but his voice was so weak that he could barely be heard. Cassian frowned. He seemed to hear. He lowered his eyes, looking at the omega in his arms, and a sneer escaped his lips. "You think I want to hold you?" His voice was cold. "Why would I?" Little Swan bit his lower lip, resisting a response. Cassian rolled his eyes. "You were so expensive. What do I do if you die like that? Wouldn't that be a waste of my
Little Swan woke up at exactly 6 a.m, and though feeling weak all over, he still struggled up from the bed. His legs felt light on the ground, and every step was like needles piercing through his skin. His face was so pale that he seemed to be fading. He struggled into the bathroom, where he had a cold bath, shivering as he stepped out of the bathroom and dried his body. There were no clothes in the guest room, so he could only make do with another bathrobe. Having dried and styled his hair, Little Swan stepped out of the room. His breathing was a little rough. Little Swan felt really uncomfortable, and it annoyed him to the core. He wasn't used to being sick. Even though he was mostly sick for most of the year due to the inhibitor overdose and other types of pills he took to hide his identity, not once had he let it affect his work. Pain? He was long used to it. To survive in the Dark Cloud Underground World might not be as cruel as people might have imagined. With its gover
The heat wasn't over. Even though Little Swan had been trying his best to suppress the heat, he still found himself almost hyperventilating by the time they got inside. He pressed his hands against the door as he stepped into the house. He had stopped Cassian from carrying him into the house. Little Swan had no idea why he felt that way or why he suddenly didn't want Cassian to touch him. But he honestly felt the urge to stay away from Cassian at the moment. So, despite the discomfort, he stepped into the house alone and hid his pain well enough that even Cassian didn't notice much. When they stood in front of the master's bedroom, Little Swan suddenly stopped and turned around to face Cassian. The man was pressing his phone, his brows creased. Little Swan had noticed. Ever since he stepped out of the bathroom in the banquet earlier, he had noticed the crease on Cassian's brows. He could tell that something was wrong. Perhaps that was why Cassian finally hired Nico Brass. He
Arthur smartly shook his head. There was no way a pet could affect him that much. He might not be as powerful as Cassian, who was an SS+ Alpha, but he was only a level lower with the high level of SS. Even Cassian couldn't have made him so scared. He clicked his tongue and returned his attention to Cassian, but for some reason, he could no longer afford to touch Cassian. He kept having the feeling that he might lose his hand if he did that. Cassian stared at him. His expression remained cold and dark, but aside from that, he looked unperturbed as if he couldn't be bothered with replying to him. "What? Cat got your tongue?" Arthur provoked. Cassian closed his eyes briefly. He tightened his hold on the omega in his embrace, and without saying a word, he stepped forward, ready to leave. Arthur frowned and blocked his way. "Now that you have your omega and can even marry an alpha as powerful as my sister as your bride. Don't you think you should give up on my Little Swan?" "You
Little Swan spent hours in the bathroom, and yet his cravings only grew. He felt starved and insatiable. His body was trembling, and even his face was pale. Yet, his inner walls wouldn't stop itching. He wanted more. He needed more. Not only sex... he also needed marking. However, he knew better than to let Cassian mark him in this state. If that happened...Little Swan shook his head. That mustn't happen. Cassian didn't like him yet, and a mark was the surest way to expose his identity if they ever got separated in the future. Little Swan didn't want that, and he wouldn't make such a clumsy mistake. He pushed Cassian away and grabbed the faucet as he tried to stand steady. His legs were a little weak. He hadn't sat down in hours, and he had done so many things with his alpha. Looking at Cassian, who had sweat covering his forehead, Little Swan's eyes turned a little cold. How nice it would be if he could directly lock Cassian up? If Cassian could be his alone and he could
Little Swan changed into a white shirt and white pants. He wore white sneakers to match. Perhaps white clothes would wipe away a bit of his sin and make his alpha fall deeper in love with him? He didn't dare dwell on the thought. His alpha wasn't a goo
Little Swan's movement stopped for a second as his eyes flashed secretly. Cassian wanted more?He didn't think his alpha was so...He paused and chuckled inwardly. His expression turned docile in a split second. "Yes, Master." His eyes lowered, and his long eyelashes fanned his face. He looked ex
From the moment Little Swan saw the robot approaching him, he already knew his plan had worked. As expected, his alpha didn't trust the little omega he bought at an auction and was keeping an eye on him. This was good, too. It made his plans easier. Little Swan walked toward the bedroom with th
Little Swan happily walked around the room, and the smile remained on his face even after thirty minutes of hearing about the shopping news. He had found a way to send a message to Niam, telling the young man to wait for him as he had no idea where the shopping would take place. However, moving wa
