Jaymee was startled when Keanna sat back down with a loud thud, her expression saying that she had switched again. He stopped and waited for them to be at ease. Then she looked at him and smiled awkwardly. When she saw her cardigan pulled up to her elbow, she pulled them down again to her wrists. Her stance had changed from a confident woman to a shy one.
