Jayden released his fingers which he had unconsciously tightened into a fist as he took long strides towards his office.

Finally!, Atleast this is a means to an end, he was grateful that he did not actually decide to give up, this was definitely not the end, he was certain that Charis would never backdown without a fight.

And now was the time to buckle up more than ever for the intense battle that is coming his way.

Without breaking his strides he walked into his office and slammed the door shut.

“How come you’re always here, you’ve suddenly abandoned your hotel?!” He asked as soon as he saw Julius inside arranging some things on the shelf.

“Well I’m not sure you know the life of the office well enough, I’m just here to put you through until your new assistant comes on board,” Julius answered, as he finished up what he was arranging, immediately he was done he walked towards Jayden with his hands tucked in his pocket.

“I trust you though, but you know how aunt Gina can be,” Julius add
