I chose to wear a long flowing gown for tonight's event. My hair was tied down loosely, applied a little bit of powder and lipgloss. I was trying to fix the hook of my necklace when I felt someone's fingers brush mine away to fix it.

"Hey, let me." Brandon did it in a second.

Of course I knew who it was at my back.

"Thanks, but I didn't ask for your help." I turned around.

He looked good on his matching shirt and pair of shorts.

"I know, my... Belle," he quickly corrected himself, his charming blue eyes on my face. "You are gorgeous by the way."

"I didn't ask for that either." I was about leaving the dressing room when he blocked my way.

Okay, I've been trying to understand something since the past two days now, Brandon has been attempting to get close to me at any slightest chance. And worse I was letting him. Yes, he was there for me when I fainted and all of that, but that did not mean that I have forgiven him.
