“Hi, love." Abena greeted Kamdyn as he stepped in the kitchen. His parents had left for the village and she decided to spend a couple of days with him since school had gone on vacation.

“Good morning, how was your night?" He asked hugging her from behind.

“It was nice." She smiled.

“I made breakfast for you before you head to work." She told. The breakfast consisted of toasted bread with scrambled eggs and a cup of Milo tea.

“Delicious." He added as he sat down to enjoy the meal. It had been long since he had breakfast before work. He was always in a hurry and didn't have time to eat something before work and he had grown used to it until a couple of days back.

“I'd see you after work love." He kissed her and hurried out of the house. Abena cleaned the house and then headed to the room to watch some movies she had downloaded unto her laptop.
