I thought they were all going to swoosh over and start gushing about how I might not remember anything about them, but they didn't only the petite woman; my mom was the one who looked too disturbed by this revelation as she moved from where she was seated and came to sit beside me on the chair I was seated on and hugged me with her small frail arms.

The man who I presume was my father didn't even look at me, he was only facing Eric and bombarding him with a lot of questions about how he found me and all, and that made me think that maybe I didn't have that much of a good relationship with him.

He doesn't seem like he had missed me all this while, he hadn't even really looked my way since we arrived, and that kind of made me a little sad.
