CHAPTER 13: Macarons and Strange Men

“Why is he here?” I gritted the words from my teeth to Elliot to avoid getting caught murmuring. He shakes his head in confusion before mumbling a small, “I don’t know either.”

The fight earlier ended in blaring hot seats, I don’t think I’m particularly ready to see him or hear his voice once more right now.

He’s already just behind Elliot when he asked his question once more. His eyes even gazed down my body and seeing how I just came out of the bathroom gave the picture an eveen more suspicious look.

“I said what are you two doing?” I bite the insides of my cheeks before rolling my eyes at him. I breathe deeply from the pits of my stomach where the remains of patience I have left lies, and to try awaken it so I won’t be pouncing towards Calvin in my wolf form from the anger I’m currently feeling.

“Not any of your concerns, in all honesty.” I sarcastically retorted, smiling widely at him. His face turnes red from frustration and he was just about to reach over to Elliot’s shoulders
