CHAPTER THIRTY SIX.

Meredith was laid on the bed as her witch friend was tending to her, it has been some weeks now but her wound was not healing. That was the bad thing about fighting with a hybrid and she was suffering the consequences of her actions. Anger and revenge was evident in her eyes and she bawled her hands into a fist as the witch continued to cast healing spells on her.

"For how long will I be confined to this bed?" She asked through gritted teeth.

" Even if you manage to get better, Meredith, you can not return to your normal self. A lot of damage was done to you" the witch replied walking towards a table to get a concoction.

As soon as the words left her mouth, Meredith quickly jumped out of bed and rushed towards the mirror, for the past weeks that she has been here she dreaded seeing how disfigured she looked but hearing what the witch said, she couldn't stop herself from seeing how damaged she looked.
