Reborn

In the darkness I hear a sweet comforting voice,

" Wake up my child, you have much to learn and little time to hear about it."

My eyes flutter open the sky is filled with stars and the full moon is radiant. I sit up and look around, I'm in a beautiful pasture filled with lilies and tulips, a large serene lake is right in front of me. I noticed movement and saw the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, she was tall and thin with long bohemian style dress, long platinum blonde hair and blue translucent eyes.

"Where am I?" I ask confused.

" You're with me somewhere between the realms of being alive and dead." she answered with a gentle smile.

" Selene?" I gasped.

" Yes, my child, it's not your time to walk with me in the afterlife, but we have many things to discuss." she tells me.

" Alright, let's talk." I nodded at her.

" Rose isn't what or whom she says she is, she is not a wolf, so she's definitely not Justice's mate." she says looking at me.

" He recognized her as his mate, I don't understand." I say.

" She's a witch, using strong and very old black magic, to bewitch him. If he was a stronger man he may have been able to resist, but then again those spells are very potent." she smiled sadly.

" I'm a wolf with no magic, how can I fight a witch? It isn't possible is it?" I questioned her.

" Anything is possible Raven, you will need help from your friends as well, their husband's fated mates are also witches. There are three more sisters they took on the roles of mate to three other Alpha's." she told me.

" Why are they doing this, they have intruded in our lives and ruined them, for what?" I asked angrily.

" They have an agenda to take over the southern packs, for something that happened long ago, you'll have a lot of research ahead of you when I send you back." she said.

" When you send me back? That witch poisoned me." I replied.

" I'm the Moon Goddess and I already told you it's not your time, you will live a happy life and have many pups, you are destined for great things Raven." she smiled taking my hand.

" My marriage isn't exactly stable, I don't see happiness or pups in our future. I know you told me Justice is under some type of spell, but he still betrayed me, he had had sex with that woman. I don't think I could ever get over that, I maybe able to for give him, but I'll never be able to be with him." I stated tears in my eyes.

" Did I say anything about Justice in your future child? Maybe you have something better waiting for you, you just haven't met him yet." she answered me.

" Alright I go back and fight an evil coven of witches, anything else I should prepare for?" I asked.

" Well, you'll have to go in front of council as well, you'll have to convince them to relinquish your mate bond with Justice. Once that happens, you'll see a lot of Luna's coming forward to do the same. So, you'll not only save the Southern packs, you'll save Luna's who are being mistreated." she told me enthusiastically.

" You seem to have a lot of faith in me." I chuckled.

" More than you realize, but you will have help, your friends and new friends will be by your side, trust in me and yourself." she said.

" My faith and trusting in you have never wavered, my strength is what I'm questioning. I couldn't even fight for my husband, but I'm told I have to fight things beyond my control." I sigh.

" You're stronger than you know Raven, and I know for a fact Melody is a warrior, she'll never back down. It's you who keeps her under wraps. She'd come out ready to fight claws out." she said adoring my wolf.

" She's always ready for a fight, if I let her have her way we'd always be in a scuffle with someone." I laughed thing about my wolf.

" You'll need her, so you will have to give her control when needed. Always remember your wolf is an extension of you Raven, you have just as bark and bite as she does, you two need to talk and get in the game, together." she explained.

" We will, I know I will need to rely on Melody and she with me as well. We'll come together to do what needs to be done. I don't want to let you down, Selene." I say as I hang my head.

" I've chosen you for a reason Raven, you'll never let me down. You've lost some of your fire being content with your life, but it'll come back, I have no doubts." she pulls my hair behind my ear.

" I trust in your words Goddess, I have much faith in you, I just need to have more in myself." I smiled at her.

" You will, my first gift to you will be rebirth, you will wake up the day you died, you will know what to do and what to avoid this time. Then in a few days after you will receive four more gifts to help you through your journey." she explained.

" Shouldn't I know what to be looking for in the next few days?" I asked.

" You will know when you find them, the gifts will be hard to hide." she giggled.

Alright then I guess I'm ready to do what is needed to be done." I answered confidently. If the Moon Goddess believes in me, who am I to question it.

" It's time for you to go back, lay down and close your eyes." she told me. She hummed me to sleep.

I wake up in my bed, I checked my phone it's seven AM, the day I died. I jump out of bed on a mission, I have a ton of research to do. I get dressed and head to the library, this second chance of mine has me determined to do everything that is needed.
