After Kate and Matthew agreed to Gestational surrogacy, Nicole asked Kate to rest and take care of her eating schedule before surgery. Kate spent the week it took herself to calm down before the operation began. She saw her mother that day, the last day before she had to leave, and had not seen her mother for 9 months while she will be pregnant.
