We come to a wall and he pushes a brick in and the wall swings open, he stepped in and I followed after him, we made our way down a flight of stairs " you know, you'd never be able to over power me, if you've got any thoughts of murdering me old man " he chuckled lightly " I wouldn't dream of it! I'd get your mother to do it if I ever have the thought "I simply smile, as he knows I'd never be able to hurt the woman who gave birth to me and brought me up from a pup to the man I am today.

My father pushed open a large Brown door and switched on a very large chandelier " what the hell is this place Dad? " " it belonged to the Kings before us, a secret storage and archive so to speak, anyway come and look at this " " and just when were you going to tell me about this place? " " right now, now focus and come here "

I go over to where my father has just taken what looks like a scroll down and placed it on a table in the far left corner of the room, he turns on an overhead light and opens the scroll.

On it is written of an encounter my great, great, great Grandfather had with something just like I had seen ' it is formless, a shadow that can take the shape of anything, I have no clue as to where it's origin lie but I shall continue my investigations into what that thing is, one thing I am certain of is that it is not of good, I sensed nothing of light from my encounter with it ' there are other accounts of different nature written after that and then one final update at the very bottom of the scroll.

This entry had been made by my great, great Grandfather ' the shadow being, is believed to be tied to the Reapers Nation, they seem to be scouts who infiltrate packs and also seem to be able to control beings and treat them as hosts, it is unclear as to how it is possible for that to be done but I can say for sure they are very dangerous and must be eradicated '

I look at my father in disbelief " The Reapers Nation, could they really be on the move again? but I thought Grandfather had wiped them out " " please remember that those things are being of the dark, and even if we managed to rid the world of them those years ago, it doesn't mean that there aren't others who may follow darkness and may know how to revive what was lost, all we can do is be on the look out and try to strengthen our forces "

" We would need to let the other packs know what we suspect father, that would help them be prepared and be on the look out for anything suspicious, although something like that could cause panic and internal conflict at the packs, because naturally that would mean the pack members may start suspecting each other and I don't want that kind of turmoil among my people "

We have a bit more idle talk before returning the scroll to it's place on the shelf and head back out into the house, just as my mother was looking for us to have our meal.

We join her at the table and my siblings were also there " wow, how long has it been since the mighty king has dined with the peasants! " I shake my head at my younger brother who seems to enjoy getting on my last nerve every chance he gets, I make no acknowledgement to his comment, I simply give my mom and sister a kiss and say hi to my other brothers then take my seat next to my mother.

We dished out our food from the bowls placed in the centre of the table and ate while making small talk about different things, mostly catch up on what each of us has been up to since we've last gathered together like this, which I must confess has been a pretty long time since I'm always busy with my duties, I can tell my father is very concerned although he's trying to hide it when talking but I can see it when his eyes turn to me.

I thank my mom for the meal and bid my siblings farewell, it's time for me to head back to the palace, I do have a private lodging built but I built it with the hopes of living or spending time there with my Luna Queen, my mate, sigh let's not dwell on that for now, I've got enough on my mind as it is, can't allow myself to get depressed about not finding my mate yet on top of that.
