Phil's POV

I spent the night in Vera's room. After the medications given to her by the nurse, she fell asleep and didn't wake up until later, when she had nightmares. I comforted her and helped her fall back asleep. It was heading towards the wee hours of the morning when she woke up. This time she wanted to make sure it was me. I took the chance to ask her what happened and she narrated everything to me. I was burning with anger by the time she was done.
