Kirsch's POV

"Wait, no!" I blurted at Nox's words when she suddenly shifted her claw and swung at Taran. I jumped forward at Taran to shield him but he pushed me aside and let Nox's claw fell on his chest.

Nox burst into laughters as she shifted her claw back at the last second.

"You are the one I want to kill, silly," Nox turned to me with a smirk as she hung herself on Taran's neck. Taran sighed with a resighed smile--

"Naughty little wolf, stop scaring him."

"Mark me and I'll stop." Nox turned to Taran, "You can mark me without the little girl."

"I can't, love," Taran caressed her cheek gently, "the mark won't stay with Willa in the deep sleep."

"But I--" Nox frowned, but before she could say anything else, her posture froze for a moment before she glanced at the sky--

The night was almost over.

"Willa?" Taran asked in a hesitant tone, and her eyes lost focus for a moment before she mumbled with confusion--

"Where am I?"

"You are back!" Taran pulled her into his arms as h

I don't believe Willa when she says she doesn't feel that way about Kirsch. I think maybe she feels it's wrong to feel that way and that she is lying. And now Nat is back stirring the pot. Ugh.
