Greg looked between Emery and I. As if I was not bothered at all, I began to out up an act, "I have no idea what you're talking about. But it's possible, I travel a lot because of my work and if you're a busy business man, then I'm sure you've seen me at least once." I shrugged.

Emery doubted it but the look I saw on his face convinced me that he didn't remember where we'd met. I internally sighed in relief when I saw that he didn't push things further.
