Chapter Twelve
I had returned to my dorm room in one piece. I instantly fell into a slumber as soon as I laid down on my bed. Saiora and Rachel weren't in the dorm when I had gotten back. I set the alarm clock for one hour which was basically nothing. I had school work to do after and I didn't want to sleep too late.
The good thing about not having a phone was that I could kind of avoid insomnia. Without my phone, there was nothing else keeping me up other than my thoughts, and well- on a usual night my busy mind would stay rambling for about one hour before I'd get to dose off.
I had the intention of calling my Dad today. I'd probably do so before heading to dinner with Aunt Celeste and her family.
Ding, ding, ding.
