Chapter 4

Lana’s P.O.V. :

For the first session I enters to the class, I notice Audrey there with her friends in the back row. If I haven’t heard what she is, I would have dared to go and have a nice conversation. But now, something stops me, I exactly know what it is …. Fear,

I can’t believe an hour ago,  I was fighting with three Lycans.  But, still they didn’t attack me. I have read in books that Lycans are royal and utmost powerful and short-tempered. I am sure, Maraya was right about the college. Here, no matter what they will not show their reality. And that gave me a relief. Even though Audrey was really nice with me, I better keep a distance. A nerd girl in the front row talked with me. By the aura, I know she was human and her name was Claire. She was a chatterbox and she gave me a brief about college. Audrey and her friends belongs to the popular group in college, of course because Lycans. And Julia is the QueenBee. Then Claire asked more about morning incident as the rumours about it were already spread among students. I didn’t give anything much to her as I know she is a mini news station. After the session, I was about to walk with Claire, that’s when Audrey came.

“Lana, if you are not busy, I would like to introduce you to my friends,” she smiled and pointed at the group standing in distance. And they were looking at us. When I turned around for help, Claie had already gone, and I can’t say no to Audrey as she helped me in the morning.

“Sure” I smiled and went with her, It consisted of two girls an two boys.

Genelia, Hope, Mathew and Kane. Instead of my prediction, they were super cool and friendly with me. And they attitude eased my fear. They even praised me for standing against Julia, because no one else other than Audrey did that. Now I know, I am in big trouble. Even though the matter was small, it had already spread like a slap to Julia. I better be careful. Within few days, I become one among the Audrey’s friends’ group. And surprisingly Maraya left for a school related mission.

Even though Lana tried to befriend Claire and others, they kept their distance. Even though Julia glares at her often , nothing much had happen all these days mainly because she has Audrey’s protection. As Maraya’s mother needs to see a Doctor, Lana goes with her and gets late for college. Also, today  the physics Lecturer will returns from his short vacation. From everyone, Lana has already heard very much about his anger for study related or punctuality. So she was terrified, as she was late for their physics lab session.  Lana runs and hurriedly goes inside the dark room where prism experiments were conducted. As soon as she stepped in her heartrate exceeded and she felt like something about to happen. It was pitch dark and before her eyes get the chance to adjust with the darkness , she felt some one…. Some one so strong aura near to her. Before she could think, what’s going on, she was kissed passionately by someone in the darkness. Lana hardly moved as the kiss was breathtaking and she felt the temperature has dropped a few degrees suddenly. His scent was of fresh lemon and musk and it was like she doesn’t have any voice over her body, everything was at his will. Before she opened her eyes, she felt him moving away and the door was closed. She found herself alone in the room and so lost in the moment. She fell on the floor as her feet couldn’t balance herself and tried to process what just happened. And who is he , who can make her feel like she was everything he wanted and the next moment abandon like a trash. She felt frustrated about herself, her body betrayed her. When she finally found the courage to step out, her eyes were searching for him. She ran to the washroom and splashed cold water on her face as she know how flushed she was also to get rid of his scent. She couldn’t attend the next session.

Audrey finds Lana sitting alone in library with excuse of headache. But as Audrey confronts her, Lana knows Audrey must have felt him in her. As something struck, Audrey’s face changed into anger and she storms out.

Does she know who he was ??
