Taylor was born a helpless Omega that cannot even shift because of it, everyone in the pack bullies her but the worst of them all comes from the Alpha to be, Zephyr Shadows or as she calls him, Mateless Idiot. Taylor waits patiently for the day she will be mated so her mate can kick his ass but the universe seems to be against her when the alpha turns out to be her mate. Zephyr Shadows thought he was untouchable. That karma was fake until the moon goddess mated him to Taylor, the sassiest bitch in the whole pack who he bullies everyday. Zephyr thinks he is still in control until the bond makes him beg like a cub heeled to his mother breasts. Taylor will never be his mate and Zephyr does not want her. The two are bent on breaking the bond so the Alpha makes them an offer. If by 6 months of living together as husband and wife, they remain unmarked and unmated to each other then the bond will be broken. Unknown to them, the moon goddess took extra care weaving their Bond and she is certainly not going to let them break it.

TAYLOR'S POV …Run Taylor. Run… I rammed my face into a signpost. Pain coursed through me, whistling sounds ringing in my ear. I stumbled back a little, finding balance. I could hear my wolf yelling in my aching head. ‘Taylor, you gotta keep going. He is catching up. Run!’ I opened my eyes. I was hurt a lot but I forced my limbs forward, propelling myself into the road again. I could hear the horn of his car, the scream of his friends. They were gaining in on me. With each second, my heart beat faster. Tears burned my eyes and fear curled around my lungs, squeezing the air out of me. I am such a fool. What was I thinking? Challenging the Alpha’s son. That bully. The moment my shoe hit him, I knew… I had fucked up big time. Now he and his betas were after me and with the bloodthirst I saw in their eyes, I knew that they would beat me to death. I jumped into a puddle, the dirty black water baptizing me and wetting my feet. I didn't stop running. I couldn't. I was so scared. I was approaching a sharp bend now. If I could make that corner then I would lose him in the crowd on the next street. I might actually survive this. The thought brought fire into my bones. I tore through the air, forcing every muscle in my body to move faster. I was just five steps away… four… three… two… Something hit me. The impact shattered the left side of my head, I flung sideways, slamming into a row of trash cans. Shock stole my voice and so I couldn't even scream. The whole world was spinning. My head was in excruciating pain and buzzing sounds rang in my ear. My vision blurred but I didn't need to see to know he had caught up with me. I heard them laughing and then their feet landed hard on the pavement as they jumped down from their car. I crawled, my nails digging into the cement floors. They bled. I couldn't get away now, I knew it but I still had to try. I felt a presence loom over me and then a hand grabbed me, yanking my body off the floor like a ragged doll. He forced me on my feet, I wobbled, unable to stand. Then I felt his hand grip my throat, pinning me to the wall. I couldn't pry his hands away. My body was shaking as I felt oxygen leave me. “Come on, Taylor.” He said, his lips so close to my ear I could feel his breath. It made my skin crawl. “Beg for your life like the worthless omega you are.” I struggled to break free. I was at his mercy but I, Taylor, was not going to beg. “I… I…” “Come on, spit it out.” He hung a smug look on his face. “I…. beg you to please… fuck yourself, mateless idiot.” The smile vanished. A dark frown settled in. I could see anger lit up in his eyes. “You are so dead, Taylor.” He squeezed, I gasped. His hands were so tight I couldn't claw them open. I was completely out of breath, light fading in my eyes. At this rate, I’m going to die. “Hey, Zephyr. Let that girl go!” An unfamiliar voice broke into my subconscious. It was like a fleeting epiphany I had never felt before. The voice sounded elderly but firm. The instant he spoke, Zephyr let go. My body crumbled to the ground. I didn't gasp, I didn't cough, I lost consciousness immediately When I woke up, I was on my way home in an old golf, muted color. The driver introduced himself as a shopkeeper. He saved my life from Zephyr, the Alpha's son. To be honest, it was unbelievable. It has been more than five years since his bullying began but this was the first time someone saved me. I limped into the house after he dropped me off. I had a broken neck, blisters on my feet. A terrible headache, a bashed skull and zero tolerance for any living being. I just wanted to go upstairs and cry. Immediately I stepped into the house, Dad was the first to spot me. His face lit up with bewilderment. “What the hell happened to you?” He tried to come close. I flinched back immediately. “It's nothing, Dad.” I muttered my voice barely audible. “Nothing?! You look like rouges had you for dinner.” “I'm fine, dad.” I tried not to raise my voice. I wasn't in the mood for all this. Why does he never notice that? Yeah, I understand he was worried but now just wasn't the time of his pity talk. “Look Dad. I am… It's all good, Okay. Whatever this is will end tomorrow when I turn 18 and find my mate.” I glanced at him. There was a pained look in his eyes the instant I said that. “I am your father.” His voice was firm but loud. “I will protect you not some mate! Now, Taylor … what on earth happened to you?” “Dad, can you just quit it? I am fine. Give it a rest will you.” He got angry and tried to grab me. I snapped. “Don't touch me.” I ran for the stairs. “Stay away from me!” The last thing everyone heard was my door slam before an uneasy silence fell. I slid into my bed sheets, ignoring the pain all over me. I cried into my pillow. Cursing Zephyr and his gang and every freaking person that raised him. All this was about to end. Tomorrow I would meet my mate and I swear over the grave of my dead parents, I was going to make sure he wished he was dead. Carly Ann’s song broke into my dark reverie. My phone was ringing in my pants pocket. I really didn't want to talk to anyone but when I looked at the caller and the ID and it read, My Best Friend Delaney, all that reluctance jumped right out the window. “Hello Delaney.” “Hey girl. Have you picked?” I quirked a brow. “Oh, no.” She gasped in shock. “You forgot borfire night.” I rolled my eyes. ‘Oh that.’ “Listen girl, you will attend, even if I have to drag you with me.” “Delaney-” My voice was weak. I really wished we weren't talking about this. My eyes fell on the several cuts on my leg. They were healing painfully. “Look Taylor.” Her excited voice faded and she reverted to her sweet, gentle tone that I loved so much. “Something happened. I’m your best friend, I can tell and we will talk about it but not in that cramped room of yours. Chatting under the stars, beside a blazing fire and hot romantic seniors, is a comfort you will not miss.” I shut my eyes for a moment, sucking in a breath then I exhaled shakily. Delaney had a way of convincing people. It worked all the time. “I will be there.” She cut the line. I shut my eyes. Who knew that a few hours from now, I would wish I never listened to Delaney. I never had that house.CH263ERETRIA’S POVI took a long look at myself in the mirror, fixed my makeup and packed my hair again then I got down. I and three of my body guards walked right towards the door of his castle. Immediately we got the entrance, the gate keeper stopped us. He was a huge Black beast world with a inability to transform to a human State. He growled orders at us and then looked away.“What do you mean I have to go alone. I can’t go in with my guards or my sword, that’s outrageous. What if he plots to kill me? No, I think he plots to kill me right? Because why else would he have me get rid of my shields.” I barked at the wolf which just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Although he had a frightening face with terrible scars all over it, I could still tell when the creature was bored and right now it was bored to hell by my rantings. The beast growled again. This time it told net that if I wad not going to comply then I should go back the way I came. He was adamant about it and didn
ERETRIA’S POVI laughed again and again when I heard the news. I had never been happier in my entire life. Here I was thinking I had a problem with Zephyr and that bitch, Taylor but turns out someone’s grudge was three times as big as mine. It was almost delicious to find out. It was almost delicious to know. I mean finally. Finally they Zephyr and Taylor took a hot that would hurt them in the bone and marrow. “Tell me more. You said that she made Theodore poison his wife and she turned all of Zephyr’s beloved soldiers against him. Then she threw his entire palace upside down. What’s else. What other things did she do?”I asked my messenger who came from the wolf kingdom. The truth is, I did plant spies in the werewolf kingdom of Alpha Zephyr but the possession and the commanding of their will, they wasn’t my doing even though the person did it in my name and I knew who. I knew the one man who enjoyed to use my enemies to have fun and I know had to pay tribute to him later.“My las
TAYLOR’S POV His energy had been drained by the wolf that stole his body so it was taking him to heal.We stood aside while he worked on them, checking their blood and the energy. He stopped for a moment. He looked up at us and smiled. “Just look at the two of you, your clothes are dirty, you have cuts and bruises everywhere and you reek of dry blood. Why are you standing like statues here? Are you do eager to hear results so much that you are forgetting that things like this take time?”I looked at Zephyr. He was right, it does take time and yeah, the both of us forgot all about that. “Go. Clean up, change your clothes, clean your wounds, make love;” I blushed immediately. “I don’t care.” He continued . “Just do something other than standing around here. Your palace is a mess right? Your pack members are distraught aren’t they? Go handle that. Leave this side to me. I will come to you with information on what I have when I’m done. Close the door on your way out too.” Zephyr and I
TAYLOR’S POVDaisy slept off after she took the medicine. I stayed with her all night long. It was an awfully long night. The longest night of my life. Zephyr and the ghosts took down all the soldiers. Even though they were using sticks and trying everything in their power not to kill them but still some really strong soldiers refused to go down so Zephyr ended up killing them.. That night, he stood at the top of the palace and howled, to morn those who had passed. Every wolf in the pack came out and joined him..The pain in their howls broke my heart. I felt like covering my ears so I couldn’t hear it anymore. I didn’t want to keep hearing it. The howls brought back the faces of everyone that we had lost in the battle against the witch. They brought back memories of their deaths that I had tried to hard to forget. It was a nightmare all the while till dawn. But eventually Dawn came. I threw the curtains open and I leaned against the window, feeling the sun on my skin. The heat on m
TAYLOR’S POV I noticed where he was hitting them. He was aiming at their joint and limbs. He was breaking they wouldn’t fight anymore and he wouldn’t have to kill them. I rushed a stick and joined him to. The ghosts noticed what we were doing and sheathed their swords. They used their sheathed swords as weapons, swinging it at soldiers and beating them senseless. As their number began to reduce, the voice inside me told me again that I had to leave here. I had to go find Daisy. She was the most important right now. “Cleat a path for me. I need to get to Daisy. Clear me a path! Hurry!” I yelled. The ghosts obeyed immediately. They converged in around a single row and made a broke open a line. I ran through it, knocking down everything in my path. I leaped forward as fast as I could and broke into Daisy’s room.“Daisy!!! Daisy!! What are you Daisy?!! Daisy please whew are you?!!! Daisy!!x I yelled, limping through the room, and throwing every curtain aside. I was a fixated on findin
TAYLOR’S POV I left him there and hurried off. Zephyr told me that we would meet at the end of the west Wing so I knew I had to be there as fast as I could. There was this unsettled feeling inside me. A feeling they made my gut twist. Like something was out of place somewhere. It didn’t make any sense to me why I felt that way until I approached the end of the west Wing.I could hear blade a clicking and I could hear bloodcurdling screams still the roars and the noise of fighting soldiers were still so much. My brows furrowed in confusion. How is it possible? I thought we put that whole palace in chaos. Just now I was certain I saw many maids and guards rushing out of the palace, looking for a way to clean their faces. Asides that, I picked up a sword lying on a dead wolf, why are they fighting Zephyr. He is their Alpha, can they not see that. I thrust my sword forward and leaped off, moving as fast as the wind. The closer I got, the clearer the fight became. Zephyr was locked in t
