Chapter 03 ~ IT'S NOT MY CHILD

"Our daughter has cancer which has cure only in Germany. I don't have money to arrange that." she said when Keith got another ting sound from his phone and checked to see that his private investigator who was researching about Julie has sent some extra information about her.

"She is doing this job for the past 7 years from the time she was 18." he reads the notes himself and realized she is again lying.

"So you need money for your daughter's surgery?" Keith asked very well knowing that Julie is lying. What will she gain with doing this?

"How did you come to my birthday party that day? Do you know me?" Kieth asked as he doubted whether she will be behind Kenny's murder and that she purposely trapped him that night.

"We were in same class and you invited everyone to be at your 21st birthday to see you getting your first legal drink." Julie lied but this time Kieth believed her because he did called everyone of his class to the party that day.

"But what have you become Keith? You are a Don? For the entire underworld with guns and cocaine. Why?" Julie felt broken with a feeling that she might be responsible for his life getting ruined.

"Do you remember my friend who I pushed on the road on the night I saw you?" seeing Julie nodding yes Keith continue, "He was a gangster. I didn't know that. He was from a poor family but my parents never see status and get into friendship and I was brought the same way. He was my best friend and well wisher and I pushed him on the road when he was trying to get me off you and a vehicle hit him. He died on the spot.

Julie flinched hearing the word was as soon as Keith started describing who Kenny is to him but what does it have to do with Keith becoming a mafia Don. Julie realized Keith is about to answer her unsroken question and listened to him quietly.

"I took his job under his name to never let anyone do the same mistake as me and save the innocent girls who will lose their lives if something what I did to you happen to them. I killed every criminals who mess up with innocent people but never let anyone doubt my intention because that won't help me become powerful." Keith doesn't know why he is sharing everything with a liar and cheater because he wants her to know and feel guilt of doing that to him but do people like her actually feel guilty?

"I am it was my mistake. I shouldn't have come to meet you that night. But Our daughter is actually in trouble. can you please help? I promised myself never to let you know about it but we met and it's destiny." Keith mentally scoffed hearing the word destiny and our daughter. If he doesn't know about her being childless then he would have believed her and made her agree for a DNA test for just to show the world so that no one points a finger at his kid but it is all a lie. There is no kid and it mentally pained him.

"Okay, but don't call it my kid. I can't trust it to be mine after seeing you here. I will send the money for what I have cane here." Keith said and Julie is still shocked to hear it speak like that. Anyone will find it hard to believe they have a kid but Keith was cruel. He didn't even asked how their daughter. Julie was about to suggest DNA but decided against it. If Keith believe he doesn't have a kid then be it be. At least she can have April to herself without a fear of her going away to her father.

"It was my job to tell you and I told you and now let's get back to business." Julie said and started started removing her coat. Keith's breath got struck seeing her slowly unpacking herself. He felt himself gently holding her cheek and bring her lips close to him and opened his eyes to see Julie standing doing nothing with her eyes closed and her lips sealed tight.

"Please.. Keith.. " he remembered the night she begged him and pushed her in a jerk. Keith saw her looking at him painfully and looked the other side.

"I am sorry." both said at the same time and looked at each other confused.

"I am sorry, this is my first time in this job as mentioned earlier and I just didn't just comfortable. Please don't send me back. I need the money. I will be ready in few minutes." Julie said and composing herself she started removing Keith's shirt buttons as she started pulling him towards the bed with her heart racing in pain and guilt while Keith stopped her.

"I am sorry for not making it clear." Keith said and continued, "I only wanted a prostitute but not for me." Julie felt her heart stopping for a moment. Do he expects her to sleep with someone else and give him a show?

Seeing the look at her face, Keith signed and revealed, "I am not going to touch you or let anyone else touch. The only reason I wanted you was because..."
