Steve's POV
I sighed heavily when I fluttered my eyes open from the sudden feeling of looming danger. I looked round me and realized I was still at the hospital. I must have slept off when I sat down atter my little chat with Mrs Spears, Melanie's mom.It was of little surprise to me that I do not recall what exactly we were arguing about. I didn't know the words I said to her. I wasn't even sure if I was rude or not. The only thing I could recall is something about my memories. I asked her yet she didn't give me any good explanation.
Did she give an explanation at all? No! She blatantly and skillfully avoided answering my question.
And all these wasn't really surprising as one would think I'd be. It isn't surprising to me anymore that I forget specific things nowadays. It happened some months ago and it happened again today. I wonder what exactly is wrong with me.
