SEVEN YEARS LATER

A White BMW stopped in front of one of the biggest events centres in the city, The chauffeur opened the door and to everyone’s surprise, the ones who came out of it were no celebrities.

Instead, Four little children majestically came out of the car. Three boys and a girl. They looked so cute with their mini suits and dresses and instantly captured the attention of the people around them.

“Wow!”

“Who are they?”

“The kids are so cute!.” Whispered the people around.

“Harper, Harrison,Henry and Hazel!” Selena called out to the kids as they rushed toward her cheerily and she immediately gave the children a big hug and kiss on the cheek.

“Mama!” The Four children called her name. The little girl, Hazel, was the first to grab her mother's hand. She was looking like a princess with her pink dress and bow. Meanwhile, the three boys wore matching suits with different colours. The eldest, Harper, wore black suit while the two younger ones, Harrison and Henry wore a Blue and red suit. It suited their personality well.

“What are you doing here so early? I thought I had told Miss Gina to bring you here later?” She wondered.

“Well, Hazel and Henry said they wanted to see Aunt Vivian getting ready for her bridal makeup.” Harper responded casually and both Henry and Hazel just smiled, affirming his words.

“Ah, I don’t think you should bother your aunt right now. She must be busy.”

“Why not? I’m sure she will be happy to see us. Besides, we already bought some gifts for her.” They pointed at the little suitcase they carried from the car.

“The four of you are so thoughtful.” Selena said as she patted their head gently.

“So mama, can we go there?” Hazel pouted and her eyes were sparkling with hopeful gleam. Selena was utterly defeated. She couldn’t win against that cute face.

“Okay, I’ll bring you to her bridal room but promise me you will behave, okay?” She asked and the three children nodded. She grabbed Hazel’s hand and they all started walking into the hotel.

As they were walking, someone else was watching. It was Chloe and her friend, Sophia. They had been lounging in the event center guest house, and came down for a drink before the wedding started when Chloe’s attention was caught by the children. A frown appeared on her face.

“What’s wrong, Chloe?” Sophia asked.

“Those kids, something feels odd about them.”

“Hm, why? I think they are quite cute. Especially that girl. Geez, she looks like a little doll. I just want to squeeze her face.” She squealed at the last part.

Yes, she might be cute but Chloe didn’t like her. She thought the little girl looked too much like Selena Ashford. She had the same amber eyes as her. But it wasn’t the worst part. The three boys walking alongside them looked strikingly similar to her fiance, Alexander Lancaster. Especially the boy with the Black suit. He could be the mini version of Alexander, it made Chloe feel uneasy.

“Hm, maybe I’m just overthinking it. Yes, I guess she’s cute.” She replied.

“Right!? Ah, I can’t wait to get married too so I can have a cute daughter like her. You too, Chloe. When is your wedding with Alexander? Just hurry up and get married already so you can have cute children like those.” Sophia replied. She had always been fond of little kids, after all.

“Yeah, I’m sure if I have a daughter, she will be so much better looking than that girl.” She said before checking her watch.

“I think the wedding is about to start soon. Let’s head into the main hall.” She told Sophia.

“Hm, you’re right. Let’s go.”
