I walked inside the house and I saw mom watching television in the living room. Honey probably in school right now accompanied by grandma. “Hey mom!” I leaned over and kiss her on the cheek and sit beside her.
“Yoo- mi? Aren’t you supposed to be working right now?” she asked.
“Mom, I just quit from my job.”
“What?”
“I’m so sorry, I’ll just get another job or I’ll ask Josh to hire me in his company. He has been asking me to work with him and I think this is the right time.” I said as I walked to the kitchen to grab something to drink.

YOO-MI’S POV I groaned as my alarm screamed at me indicating it was 6 am and time to get ready for work. I rolled out of bed and walked straight into the bathroom. I washed my hair and body and stepped out to dry my hair and face. I blow-dried my hair before smoothing and tying it into a high ponytail and began with natural makeup that covered my slightly puffy eyes. I wore a white chiffon blouse and I slipped on black slacks and tucked it in before sliding a belt around my waist. I picked up my black blazer and black coat and slipped my black pumps on. Before I headed downstairs, I checked on Honey in her room and she’s still sleeping.
