CHAPTER SIXTEEN

ALPHA DUNCAN'S POV

After the meeting in the council chamber ended. I looked at Selena and smiled and I was surprised that she smiled back at me. I guess this might be the start of something new between us.

I walked out of the council chamber and returned to my office. As I sat down to reminisce about what happened today and the result of the meeting, Muna walked in obviously angry.

“Why are you helping her Alpha?” She lashed out.

“Muna, I don’t know what you mean, by helping her.” I said.

“I mean why are you allowing her speak when she is not yet the future Luna of our pack. I mean you made the council member acknowledge her as your luna when you said she might not become your Luna.” She said, obviously jealous.

“Muna, I don’t know why you’re getting all worked up about Selena when she clearly isn’t getting all worked out about you. She is my mate and I get to decide if she would be my Luna or not.” I said.
