MY UNLIKELY ALPHA MATE

ANNABELLE POV

 “You are such a lazy Omega.” Luna Victoria yelled at my face, while is stood there helplessly.

Since the demise of my parents at a tender age, I have been treated like a nobody by every member of the pack and this is due to the weak nature of my wolf. 

“Am I talking to a ghost?” I broke a way from my thoughts, as the cold water is sprinkled on my eyes. 

“I am sorry Luna, I promise it will not happen again.” I said, cleaning off the drop of water from my eyes.

“Mom, what is going on?” My heart beat rose, as Ella the Alpha’s daughter stepped inside the kitchen. She hated my existence and will always use every moment to remind me of it.

“This useless Omega here woke up late and forgot to do the house chores.” I turned to Ella, who had a smirk on her face.

“Is that so?” She asked. “Mother, you can attend to other things, allow me deal with her.” My hands were sweaty and panic begins to set in, as the Luna walked out of the kitchen.

“You stupid girl, I find it hard that father would even allow you to live. You are a disgrace to this pack and should die.” She said, circling me like a predator.

Ella grabbed strands of my hair and leaned closer to my ear, “Lets see how smart you will be after this.”My face is shoved down to a bowl of water and while I struggled to pull away, she pulled my hair back again, allowing me gasp for air.

“You should consider yourself lucky that I am in a very good mood today. The next time, you wont be this lucky.” She forcefully let go of my hair and grabbed the bowl of water to splash on my face. 

“Clean that mess up before I return again.” She ordered, while I continued to let the tears fall down my cheeks in agony.

As Ella leaves the room, I am forced to think through the pain that I had suffered in the hands of these pack members. 

I did not kill any one, neither had I stolen anything before, but I am being treated as criminal and a slave at the same time.

Staring at the mop and brooms, I knew what would happen if I did not clean up on time and I certainly did not want to fall into Ella’s trap anymore.

As I continued to clean up the kitchen, I heard the sound of the door opens and I turned around to find Beta Morris staring at me with a smirk on his face.

“You look like a serious mess.” His comment had me rolling my eyes.

Morris is well known amongst the maid as a pervert and his actions towards me for several time has been totally unfavorable, which is why I had always avoided his persona.

“The Luna asked me to clean the kitchen.” I said.

My body froze as he came over and grabbed my waist, sniffing my neck and groaning in pleasure.

“You will be so sweet in bed.” He said in a hush tone.

“No please, I don’t do stuffs like that.” I pleaded, but his hands travelled down to my thighs. Alarmed with the intention he had in mind, I pulled his hands away. “Please, don’t do this.”

“I will offer you a place in my court, if you allow me inside of you for tonight.” He said, after letting go of my waist.

“I don’t want a place in your court.” I replied.

His eyes changed and his hands folded into fist as he approached me, but halted in his steps the moment the door opens.

“What is going on here.” Alpha Damien stepped inside the kitchen.

“She was trying to seduce me.” 

My mouth went wide opened as my eyes held Morris in disbelief. How can he make such an allegation in front of the Alpha.

“Not only did you tried to assault my daughter Ella, you also tried to seduce the Beta of the pack?”

‘That bitch must have lied to his father and now he thinks we are the bad people.” My wolf revealed, while I tried recovering from the shock that had engulfed me.

“Morris, I want you to have her locked up in the dungeon. She is not to eat or drink anything for the next couple of days.” The Alpha order made me fall to my knees with tears in my eyes.

“Alpha please, I nothing but a mere servant in this pack and all I have ever done is stay loyal to this pack. I will never try to assault your daughter.”

In a couple of second, he was by my side grabbing my neck and squeezing the breath out of me, while I struggled to live.

“Are you calling my daughter a liar?” He asked, staring into my eyes with fury written all over his face.

“No…Alpha.” I said, trying to break away from my near death experience due to the choke hold he held on me.

He shoved me to the ground, causing me to land face first on the marble floor. “Take her to the dungeon and make sure she serves her punishment appropriately” He instructed.

I kept on weeping, as Alpha Damien walked out of the room. Morris who had not said a word since the Alpha came inside walked towards me.

“You are such a weak pathetic thing. Get up!” He drove his foot to my belly, causing me to scream out in pain and more tears dropping down my eyes.

After fighting through the intense pain from the impact of the kick, I struggled to get back up to my feet and when I did; he grabbed my weak arm and led me out of the kitchen.

As we walked through the hallway, several of the pack soldiers and maids laughed at me while Morris led me through the down to a tunnel.

When we arrived at the dungeon, Morris pushed me inside the dungeon which oozed of rotten bodies and dead rats.

“You know something Anabelle, I wonder if the moon goddess would be so dumb to give you a mate.” He said and laughed in my direction, before leaving me alone in the lonely cold dungeon.

As I dropped to the floor, I am able to reflect on what Morris had said and realized t

here could really be no hope for me after all.

I am bound to be doomed to this life forever.
