130. Three bullies

If she arrived even a minute late, Kiara didn't know what could happen to her best friend.

Lana was curled up on the ground. She had tried to fight and run as fast as she could, but she stumbled, and they caught her easily. She was surrounded by three pack members, who Kiara noticed don't usually go to the manor to carry out Dave's duties. The three male members were young, at least in their late twenties. They seemed to be not only bothering Lana trivially but also scaring her to death until the girl's body trembled.

The other two young guys who brought her to Lana are named Ezekiel and Luke. They saw what the three people did to Lana by accident and immediately reported it to Kiara.

And once she got that information, she froze in place. Lana! She had forgotten about her friend. She forgot Lana was still at the party!

Her panic over Acadia's safety earlier made her completely forget that she was in charge of one more person's safety. Her human friend, whom she invited to come here.
