As the shrill siren blared, I jolted awake, my eyes fluttering open as I leaped off of the bed, ready to attack. I guess there is no escape from these games. Even after talking into the middle of the night, the girls started to get restless, searching for each other’s weaknesses. Whatever would help them get through this. I headed to bed shortly after, not wanting to risk giving too much away and knowing I’m going to need all the energy I have.

The lights slowly faded on as the siren continued to blast. My eyes dart around, searching for any signs of what was about to unfold.

There’s a puff of air as a gust of wind brushed against my skin as a door on the opposite wall appeared. Slowly, it creaked open, and I raised an eyebrow, thinking my first thoughts of the lion, the witch and the wardrobe wasn’t so far off. Through the door, I could see an expansive landscape stretched out before me, with towering trees, lush bushes, and vibrant grass. The air was filled with the melodies
