Chapter 11 : Pinkie Promise

Dawn’s POV

I think I’m panicking.

I didn’t know exactly what a full blown panic attack looked like, but if I were to guess, then the heavy breathing, the incessant heart pounding, the sweaty hands and the way I couldn’t seem to keep my legs from shaking, sort of gave me a good idea as to what it might look like.

Craig didn’t help the situation at all, that is, having someone who was just a human turn into a full blown wolf in front of you, and then back into a human in order to take out the other full blown wolf-who had also turned from human to animal-in a matter of minutes, would cause panic on anyone, I’m assuming.

There was no way I was going to calm down with him here, nevertheless with him just constantly staring straight at me with the way he was doing right now. He seemed anxious too, maybe even worried about my reaction to the whole situation. I’ve read about things like this in books, and even seen them happen in movies.
