Fifty six.

Irina’ POV

I tried to avoid the idea that I might have feelings for Ivan, I knew something wasn’t quite right with him.

I write the note quickly and as the door handle turns I shove it under my pillow, alongside my dagger but was quickly relieved when I saw Damien.

He was confused when I started acting weird towards him but quickly understood when I jammed the note into his hands. But I saw how his eyes looked at me, the frown as he took in my new ugly pointed ears. Even when he said he still loved me, it didn’t quite reach his eyes.

When he leaves, I am truly gutted. I hated being on my own in this foreign land. I hated being with people I barely knew. I hated being confused by my feelings. None of this would be happening if I hadn’t listened in on that conversation

None of this would have happened if she had allowed her mate to mark her long time ago, if she hadn’t run away with Ivan’s pack!! She is truly to be blamed for her fate now.

I think she needs to kill her grandfather to end it all! He has some sort of spell on them or something. He controls everyone somehow
