I sat on the couch talking with Fred as Oliver went upstairs to talk to his mate. I was sure he was gonna have fun annoying her up there.
Her father had told me that she would be going with us today. It was odd but their pack has a rule and that was, as soon as you find your mate you have to go with him either to his house if he was in the same pack or to your mate's pack, a girl couldn't say no. And if she or he has to reject his mate then they have to do it right away with no time to think about it.
"We will be going now. It's getting late." After saying our farewell and all three of us with the other wolves left for our pack.

It was awkward. Truly awkward and bad. Why?
I was forced to sit between Oliver and Sophia. Both of them didn't talk to each other. The air was full of tension that was as thick as butter.
I was relieved when we reached the pack. Almost Sunning, I reached home and there I saw Ella, on the sofa, readin
"Please El," Eva said while looking at me cutely. 'Should I or should I not?' 'I think we should just listen to the cutie pie.' My wolf said and I hummed. It was not like Xavier would be back because I was sure he was too angry for some unknown reason. "Okay," I showed her my thump up while smiling. The kid had asked me if I could spend a night here with her and Elena scolded her for that, but she was stubborn and kept asking me. "Are you sure?" I nodded. I could sleep in the same clothes that I was wearing but the thing was, was there even enough place for me to spend the night here, Eva would be having a single bed, right? Wrong, Eva's room was exactly the opposite of what I thought. Her room's walls were of cream color, her furniture was of wood color and there was just a big teddy bear that would tell you that it was a room of a child. I did expect it to have pink girly walls at least but well I was wrong. "You sure t
"Don't you have work today?" Xavier who was sitting beside me, just looking at me and making me uncomfortable with his piercing gaze. "I will handle everything from home today." He replied, still looking at me. "Stella...." I turned my head to the right so I could face him. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be that angry...it's just....." He trailed off. Shocked because I have listened from many people that their Alpha was sweet and kind to them and for others he was scary but he has never said sorry to anyone, I said. "Huh? Uh...It's okay Xavier. People tend to become angry sometimes. I was just being nosy." I knew he was feeling bad because of what he did yesterday. "No, no I get it you were bored of living the whole day alone." Well, he was right, finally understood me. "Anyway, where is that pain in the ass gemma?" I asked him to which he laughed. "He got his feisty cat to take care of but why are you asking about him?" He
Another day, new drama, that was what I believed now. Still, I wished there would be one day when I could sit peacefully and let my mind roam around. I would smile and enjoy the day without having a feeling that it would just vanish or it was a dream. Love someone without fearing that I would lose them or hurt them. But that could only happen in my imagination because even my dreams weren't good ones. A sigh escaped my lips as I saw how people were acting around me. They were idiots, they didn't even know who was appearing like an angel but was no good than a devil. When I reached the room where my friends lived I thanked myself for controlling my anger and not attacking the damn people who were making me frustrated. "Hey, what are you doing here?" Mia asked me as I entered the room. It was big enough for two people. One double bed with a closet and a big bathroom. Simple but I liked it. "Can't I come here?" I looked at her on which sh
"What? Really?" Oliver asked me as I gave him a look that said do-I-look-like-I'm-kidding. "Well shit! how the wolves who are guarding the pack didn't see him?" He once again asked me. "Shouldn't I be the one who should ask this from you?" "Fine jeez, calm down. I will ask Alpha to tight the security." I nodded. We just talked over everything that happened like the red-eyed guy who was back to as good as before and Gemma was confused just like me. I have asked him to look into this matter on which he had agreed. I could say that Oliver knew everything that was happening with me after I told him 'I'm a hybrid'. He could come helpful when I needed help as he was Gemma and of course, every wolf here, in this pack would listen to him. "Ah, you said you will tell me about Elena, the one I showed you a picture of. So?" I looked at him. "Yeah well, she is a pack member." I gave him a look that shouted are-you-serious.
I dodged his claws that were directed to my neck. My wolf howled angrily as she raised her claws and pushed them inside his stomach. The wolf turned to face me, his blood oozing out. Bang! My back was on the ground as the other wolf was on top of me. He bit on the right side of my neck and I growled while clawing him furiously, so I could shake him off. Holding his neck tightly we rolled so that now I was on the top. I pulled his one eyeball out from my claws and threw it away. I tried to claw his face but the wolf pushed me with a force that I fell to the ground away from him. I stood up and looked back where the wolf was but now there was nothing. I howled in frustration and slumped down. What the hell just happened? Why would that Witch always ruin my mood? **** After wearing the clothes with a lot of struggle I sat on the ground in front of the river while I read the paper that had blood on it. I found it from where the w
I woke up just to find that I couldn't move. No, I didn't mean like 'I woke up and found my legs are not there or something like that' I couldn't move because of two strong arms, that I didn't know how or when were wrapped around my waist. After a lot of struggle, I was finally freed from Xavier who had his arms and legs wrapped around me. Truthfully, it was an awkward position, and my wolf wasn't helping with her dirty thoughts. I walked into the bathroom but what I saw left me shocked, my face was looking like a big ball. All red and swollen, not only my face but neck and right hand too. I removed the scarf and the mark of the fangs was now bigger. The vein near that mark was black and prominent. I felt like vomiting after seeing that but the bigger problem was...Xavier. How would I tell him what was all this? I couldn't tell him the truth. Before I could think anything I heard a knock on the door. "Ella, are you in there?" He
To say it was hard getting Xavier to understand why I sneaked out would be an understatement because it was more than hard. He knew I was lying when I said I missed my friends and wanted to have breakfast with them but in the end, he shut his mouth as he knew I was also getting angry because he wasn't trusting me. Though I felt bad for lying, the truth wasn't good for him. **** It has been days and nothing...nothing happened. No attack, no wolf, no red-eyed guys leaving messages. I didn't know should I be happy that nothing has happened yet or worried that something big was about to happen. I looked at the white ceiling lost in my thoughts, it was 9 in the morning and Xavier was already gone. Seemed like he was overworking himself because of the pack's safety and I could not say anything because of course, that was his work as an Alpha. I did have an idea by which there were chances that the big fight that could happen would stop but I d
Mia Pov I looked around me just to see I and Sophia had reached the pack but.....but Stella wasn't with us. We were in the field covered with trees and shrubs. The grass was trimmed nicely. I looked around as I tried to recall what happened. When I was doing the spell.....what happened? Why wasn't Stella with us? I looked at Sophia who stared at me wide-eyed. "Stella she is not with us, shit, shit, shit. Why would she push us and let herself be caught by whoever it was?" Sophia like me was also very worried about Stella. I was so concentrated on the spell that I didn't notice what happened there, all I felt was someone pushing me but till that time my spell was complete and so the next second we were in the pack. "She pushed us? why?" I looked at Sophia. "I don't know, Mia. She was looking at the ground and suddenly she pushed both of us hard." She said, confused as she thought about what happened. X
