Have A Little Bit of Mercy

Amanda is tapping her fingers on the stirring wheel. Only five minutes left and she will be officially late. She can see the road leading to the Playa restaurant but she can't just maneuver her car out of the lane. She doesn't have any idea what is going on and why.

Not that she can get out of the car and left it there and just walk towards the Restaurant. There would be more at risk if she will do that. Either way she can't afford both. 

She keeps on tapping the stirring wheel. She keeps on heaving a sigh. But the line is still stuck. She called her manager that she's not far away now but was only stuck on traffic at the junction going to the restaurant.

She already called her manager of her situation but she just told Andy to try to get out of the traffic and get to the restaurant on time!

What a heartless person. It's not her fault that something would happen today. Whatever is causing the traffic must be something very important.

One minute left and it's official. She's late! As soon as the clock strikes 3 o'clock,the traffic starts moving. Just wow,right?

She was five minutes left when she finally pulled up at the parking lot. As soon as she gets out of her car she was ambush by the beautiful lady that she served in the restaurant with her Jace. 

"Boy,was I so glad to see you. I'm hoping and praying I will see you her today. And my prayers were definitely answered," she talked to her non-stop.

Amanda doesn't know how to respond to her. She doesn't have a tiniest bit of idea what is going on. She's already late. And this lady talking to her in the parking lot is making every matter worsed.

"Excuse me ma'am but can we just talk about anything later after my shift? As it is, I am already late," she responded looking at the time on her watch.

"Oh,this can't wait Amanda. We needed your help ASAP. My brother's bride did not show up so to save faces we need someone to stand up for her. If you will follow me up here I will explain to you some more. By the way I'm Ashley." She said while pulling me away from my car towards the side entrance of the hotel restaurant.

I don't know why I am letting her pulled me like this but as soon as I heard about standing up for the bride excites me. Being late and getting reprimanded can't even lessen the excitement!

As soon as we get inside the private room she have me clean my body while telling me that the wedding will be true. Her name will be written in the marriage license as the wife of Jace Montero.

She will have all the privilege of being a wife within one year. After that she can apply for divorce to free herself or remain as a wife to Jace.

She doesn't need to work anymore. And all her hospital bills will be fully paid,including Janna's tuition pay for the rest of her university days.
