MIRA'S POV:-
"How do you know all this? I don't remember you at all?" I asked Edward while crying crazily. He chuckled softly as he parked the truck in front of a mansion.
"When he lost you, he was devastated. He was looking for you everywhere. That was when he met me. That is how he can see or hear Sierra. Otherwise, Sierra is just a ghost. As for me, I am an illusionist. We are more powerful than sorcerers and more resourceful as well. That is why Freddy is almost unbeatable." He replied and my jaw dropped on my lap.
"Freddy is an illusionist? But he always told me that he is a sorcerer. Forget that question. Where is he? Please, find him." I asked him in a pleading tone. He hopped out of the truck and I did the same.
"Frederick is missing, as I said. We have our people looking for him. I
MIRA'S POV:-"You still need more time. You are still recovering from the magical amnesia you were given. You need to be patient with this. We are sorcerers. We are not wizards and witches. And about your questions, Sierra was gifted these powers by her mom. She is the step sister of your mom. I know you don't remember her now. But once you will see her, you will remember everything about her too. She will soon be here. Don't worry." He answered my questions and I nodded my head. I sat down on the chair that was set with the desk and touched the table."It looks like he has been using this table very often. I can't seem to find dust on the table. But my question is, why did you bring me here? Why are you showing me this?" I asked Edward while looking at the piles of papers on the desk. I looked around and my eyes caught the sight of a board that had pictures
THIRD PERSON'S POV:-Mira opened her eyes and found herself standing in front of the full view mirror. She was looking at herself. She looked very young. She looked almost sixteen or maybe seventeen. She was wearing a long mermaid style, off shoulder white dress. It was backless and the upper layer of the dress was shimmery. She had a crown on her head. A princess crown that had the long lace veil attached with it. She remembered that crown on her head. It was the crown Fredrick had gifted her on her twelfth birthday. He wanted to make her feel like a princess the day they would get married."Mira! Baby, are you okay in there? You have been inside this room for hours." She heard her father yelling from outside in a worried tone."Daddy, I am fine. I just need a little more time." She finally replied in a shaky voice an
MIRA'S POV:- I broke the hug after a few minutes and cupped his face with one of my hands. With the other hand, I wiped his tears. I stood up and pulled him up on his feet again. "As you are done with your vows, I now announce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride, young man." The padre announced and Frederick turned to look at his face with a raised brow. "Well, I don't need your permission to do that, old man. She belongs to me. And I can do whatever the damn thing I want to do with her." Frederick replied to the padre in a jovial tone. I giggled hearing him. He was very possessive and dominating. Those were the habits I loved the most about him. He pulled me to his chest and wrapped one of his arms around my waist. He cupped my face with the other hand while staring into my eyes. "
MIRA'S POV:-"No no no… You can't leave me. You promised me. You promised me that you will protect me. And you will love me forever. You can not leave me. You promised me. You promised me my fairytale life. Where you would work for both of us. And I would be at home, waiting for you. Where we will have kids together. You promised me that life. You can't leave now. I need you, Freddy. Open your eyes, Wolfie. I want to see your eyes." I yelled at him while crying crazily. My head was still on his chest. While my arms were wrapped around him. That was the last thing I was expecting after remembering the day we got married. I broke the hug and cupped his face with both of my hands. When he did not open his eyes, even after hearing me cry crazily, I knew he was gone. I hugged my knees and buried my face. "Call his g
EDWARD'S POV:-I just could not hold back my curiosity. But I had to act professionally. I sighed and shook my head. It was a long day for each one of us. I walked towards him and patted Adam's shoulder. "You did a great job not waiting for my instructions. It's good that they are here. At least, we don't have to wait longer. They are already here. Now we have to wait until Mira wakes up. Good job! You informed them before." I spoke in a low tone, appreciating his act. Hearing me, he turned his face towards me and shook his head."What are you talking about? I did not call anyone, Ed. You know, I don't do anything without your permission. I was waiting for your order. When you ordered, I went to contact them. But then I saw them here. I thought you might have told them something." He replied to me in a shocked tone. Hearing his res
MIRA'S POV:- I opened my eyes again and found myself lying on a bed that felt very familiar. As I looked up, my eyes met with two ocean blue eyes that were staring at me with hope shining brightly in those eyes. I gasped loudly as I tried to back away. "Hey, hey, hey! Honey Bunch! Calm down. I am not going to hurt you. Look at me. Look into my eyes. You know me." A raspy and deep voice reached my eyes. He was talking to me and hearing his soothing voice, I felt a little better. My gaze went back towards his ocean blue eyes. I was staring into his eyes. It felt like I was looking at my reflection in the ocean. My heart suddenly skipped a beat or two while I was staring into those beautiful eyes. My hands travelled towards his face. I cupped his face with both of my hands. I closed my eyes as I saw him leaning in. For some reason,
MIRA'S POV:-I was standing in a witness box. I had no other choice left but to appeal my request to the courts of the magical world. Edward had assured me that the clock and their judges would do everything they could to keep Fredrick safe. But I was not that hopeful in that situation. I was standing almost alone in that appeal. While the old couple from before, they had people standing by their side. I could see that no one else believed me. No one else but Edward. For some reason, he trusted me. And he trusted me without any solid reason behind the discovery I made.I had taken Freddy back to his room. Only God knows how but I was able to use my powers. And boy, I had no idea how powerful I really was. I was able to lock the door before I came to the courtroom. The old couple from before, turned out that they were Freddy's grandparents. I had seen them, ye
MIRA'S POV:-"This is a total lie. I remember Freddy telling me that you were called by Freddy himself on his wedding day. Well, the marriage certificate they signed. I remember him telling me that you refused to be in that wedding. And I saw complete hatred in his eyes while telling me that they called Mira an ugly slut who was after Freddy's money. He told me that he cut all the ties with his grandparents, saying that his father would have been proud of him knowing what he did was absolutely right." Edward was the one who yelled at Mr MacCarthy.Mr MacCarthy suddenly looked pale as if he might have seen a ghost. "Wait what? Wedding? Marriage certificate? What is going on? What are you talking about, Mr Stafford?" Mr Santiago was the one who was able to speak after the sudden shock he was given. I frowned as I saw their faces.
