Chapter Twenty Seven

“Are you okay ma'am," Blake asked looking at Aramina from the rear mirror,

"I'm okay, thank you".

The story Alpha Recdolf had spun on her was a pure tragedy, no comic relief. She knew she liked Zach well enough to just up and leave because of some scary childhood tragedy.

“Theia," Aramina called to her wolf, but Theia was quiet, "you can't ignore me forever, you know."

She breathed out as the pack house came into view. She was comfortable here, she loved the new Zach she was interacting with now, and she knew he loved spending time with her. The attraction between them was not something she could just throw away because of some bad luck in the past. She smiled as she saw Zach standing in front of his house, she knew she was a few hours late and she was surprised he wasn't blowing up her phone yet. As Blake stopped the car, she flew out and gave Zach a hug. He responded almost immediately, pulling her closer to him as he buried his face in her head.
