Chapter 31

Felius was awake earlier before breakfast and started wondering what's all the fuss their maids were making. Every time he walks past gossiping maids, they'd scatter as if a bomb has just been thrown at them. He wanted to ask at least one of them but he kept his composure. 

In the garden, Felius saw one of his sons there, Mark, having his coffee already. He walked his way there with the butler. Mark needed to stand when he came and took his seat, greeting each other a good morning.

"Have you any idea about the maids gossiping too early?" Felius asked as soon as he was seated. "They were having fun. Is it another scandal?"

"Perhaps it is," Mark answered, taking another sip from his coffee. "My son is keeping the maids entertained, father."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, Charles and Stella decided to make their own breakfast. As of now, they're probably in the kitchen cooking."
