CHAPTER 34 - MONICA

It took Monica several hours to find out where Ivy now lived, but she found the dump. She couldn’t believe Heath was fine with living in that neighbourhood. But he wasn’t at his parent’s house and she didn’t see any credit card charges for a hotel stay either.

Monica wanted to make as much of an impact to drive Heath away from Ivy. Then she’d be able to get closer to him again and stop the divorce from going through if Ivy wasn’t in the picture.

She had her orders, and she wouldn’t let Ivan down. What Ivan wanted, she would happily get for him. Especially if she stood beside him in the end.

But it wasn’t as easy to get to Ivy’s apartment because the building was too active. Monica could see the people coming and going. All knew each other.
