Chapter 11

MERCY stepped in front of Callie to cover up her appearance from Clyde. She turned to see Clyde and his companion pursuing the man who had attempted to harm her and Callie.

Clyde didn't seem to notice the change in Callie's appearance, which made Mercy feel relieved.

She cupped her hands around Callie's face. Her golden eyes were sharply focused on nothingness, and her body trembled in rage. She also started to develop white fur on her cheeks and arms.
